ParkWhiz FAQ
Chase Field and the Arizona Diamondbacks are teaming up with ParkWhiz to deliver easy, hassle-free parking. You’ll now be able to reserve, view and transfer your passes right from your phone. Get started by creating an account at ParkWhiz.com or downloading the ParkWhiz app.
Should you have any questions, please contact the ParkWhiz Customer Experience team via text at 888.472.7594 or email help@parkwhiz.com.
Can I resell passes? If so, what is the easiest way to do that?
No, passes can/should not be resold per the ParkWhiz current Terms & Conditions. In accordance with those Terms, a customer who resells their passes may have their accounts and bookings suspended.
If I transfer the passes, does the recipient need to have the ParkWhiz app?
No. The recipient will be able to access the parking pass via the transfer email. If he or she has a ParkWhiz account or wishes to create one, he or she can then access the pass via the ParkWhiz app or website.
Can I text the tickets to someone?
Using the ParkWhiz mobile app, the parking pass URL can be shared via text. This is not an official transfer, and it is important to remember that any given pass can only be scanned one time at the garage.
Can multiple passes be transferred at a time?
No, the current transfer process is only for one pass at a time.
Who do I contact if I enter an email address incorrectly or need to reverse a transfer?
There is an option to revoke a transferred pass at any time. The pass can then be sent to a new email address.
What do I do if my phone will not load while I am driving or when I am entering the garage?
Pay the location directly and make sure to get a receipt to send to the ParkWhiz Customer Experience team via text at 888.472.7594 or email help@parkwhiz.com.
How late can I claim a parking pass?
A parking pass can be claimed until just before the game is scheduled to begin, pending availability at the location.
Will screenshots be accepted?
We strongly recommend using the parking pass in the ParkWhiz mobile app or website. The pass can be transferred through the ParkWhiz website or the pass URL can be shared via several methods - the recipient is not required to have a ParkWhiz account in order to access the actual parking pass.
Do I have to link my account with the same email used on the MLB Ballpark app?
Yes, please sign up for your ParkWhiz account using the same email that you use for the Ballpark app and your D-backs Season Ticket account.
If my phone breaks the day of the game, what should I do?
Pay the location directly and make sure to get a receipt to send to the ParkWhiz Customer Experience team via text at 888.472.7594 or email help@parkwhiz.com.
Can I use two passes in one day if our group comes in separate cars?
Yes - you will need to claim two passes, as each car will need its own parking pass.
Do we need to register every car?
Each car will need a different parking pass to enter. At the moment, there is no process for registering an individual car at the Right Field Garage.
Is it possible for more than one person to access the account with the parking tickets?
The email address and password used to access your ParkWhiz account will be only known to you - we would not recommend sharing your credentials. But as stated above, you can transfer parking passes without the other person having an account so that you do not share access to accounts.
What’s the difference between transferring a pass and sharing a pass?
Transferring a pass enables the recipient to view the parking pass in their ParkWhiz account (if he or she chooses to do so) and the sender has the ability to revoke a transfer. This functionality is only available through our website, which can be accessed via mobile device, laptop, or desktop computer. The pass URL can be directly shared via email, text, and other methods - this action cannot be revoked. ParkWhiz recommends using the web-based transfer portal whenever someone besides the account holder needs to access a parking pass.
