PROMOTION - OPENING DAY: The Giants will begin their 60th year in San Francisco, 136th in franchise history, and 19th season at AT&T Park when they host the Seattle Mariners on Tuesday, April 3. Fans are encouraged to be in their seats no later than 12:45 p.m. for the Opening Day festivities. Ceremonies will feature the return of many Giants alumni who span all decades of San Francisco Giants baseball - from the first game played at Seals Stadium on April 15, 1958 to today. Players scheduled to participate include Hall of Famers Willie Mays and Willie McCovey, Vida Blue, Felipe Alou, Chris Speier, Joe Amalfitano, Dave Dravecky, Duane Kuiper, Mike Krukow, Jeffrey Leonard, Kevin Mitchell, Robby Thompson, Marvin Benard, Robb Nen, Travis Ishikawa, Brian Johnson, Cody Ross, Jeremy Affeldt, Dusty Baker and Barry Bonds. Local favorite Chris Isaak will perform the National Anthem. The Giants will also honor the late San Francisco Mayor Edwin Lee, who died unexpectedly in December. Past and present San Francisco mayors (The Honorable Art Agnos, Frank Jordan, Willie Brown, Gavin Newsom, London Breed and Mark Farrell) will join Mayor Lee's wife, Anita, for this very special on-field tribute.
OPENING DAY GATE TIMES: Gates will open 2.5 hours prior to first pitch at 11:05 a.m. Triples Alley and Gotham Club Gates will open 3 hours prior to first pitch at 10:35 a.m. Fans are encouraged to be in their seats by 12:45 p.m. for pre-game festivities.

SPECIAL EVENT - HEALTHCARE APPRECIATION DAY: The Giants will celebrate Healthcare Appreciation Night to recognize healthcare workers.
COMMUNITY SPOTLIGHT - EARTH DAY: The Giants work to make AT&T Park the "greenest" ballpark in the country with environmental stewardship being a top priority. As a LEED Gold certified facility, AT&T Park and the Giants continue to lead the industry with their greening efforts and programs having won nine MLB Green Glove Awards for waste diversion with more than 94% of their waste being diverted from going to landfill in 2017.

PARKING NOTES
: From April 3-April 8, Giants Lot A parking will be permit-only. Fans will not be able to park in Lot A without a pre-purchased parking permit. Pier 48 will not be available for parking on any of the above dates. Fans are encouraged to take public transportation or park at Pier 30.
GATE TIMES: New for 2018, the Marina, O'Doul and Second and King Gates will open 90 minutes before game time. The main gates at Willie Mays Plaza (including the Suite Lobby and Field Club entrances) will continue to open two hours before game time. For those who are interested in catching batting practice or maximizing your time in the park, please use the Willie Mays Gate Entrances. During popular promotional giveaways, like bobbleheads and the Alaska Airlines 2-for-1 Voucher, all gates will open two hours before game time. Parking will continue to open three hours before game time.
RE-ENTRY POLICY: Please be aware of a change to our re-entry policy. In an effort to further ensure fan safety at AT&T Park, ballpark re-entry will not be allowed once the game begins. If you need to exit and reenter AT&T Park for reasons such as accessing your car, smoking, meeting others or personal needs, you must exit and re-enter before first pitch. Please plan accordingly as you will not be allowed re-entry once the game begins. This policy is consistent with many other sports venues and will allow us to create the safest environment we can for our fans.
