On BASE Careers in Baseball Day

A goal of the On BASE initiative is to show young adults a variety of ways to continue to be involved with baseball and softball both on and off the field.

Mariners executives and front office staff members host On BASE Careers in Baseball Days for high school aged students, invite them to the ballpark, share their professional journeys, and participate in speed informational interviews.
