Each year, we host Heritage and Community Nights for different communities from across the Pacific Northwest. As part of these special nights at the ballpark, we bring together community organizations to offer authentic experiences, educational opportunities and more to celebrate the rich cultures throughout our region.

In 2026, we are launching the Steelheads Community Fund with a $500,000 commitment in support of local Black-led baseball and softball organizations and community initiatives. Our ongoing support of the Fund includes a portion of all Steelheads merchandise sales at Mariners Team Stores and proceeds from the Mariners Care Foundation 50/50 Raffle during Sunday home games.

In 2025, we launched an initiative to help students from underserved communities complete and submit the Free Application for Federal Student Aid to assist in providing a financial path to college. The partnership provides resources online and at a gameday Resource Fair to help students navigate the application process and make informed post-secondary enrollment decisions.

The Inclusive Business Partners program is a commitment to spend at least $2 million each year with underserved businesses that are seeking economic opportunity in our region.
