Important Notes

  • All special prices and giveaways are only available using the Group Events website or going through each specific Group Event website. Group Event giveaways and game dates are subject to change.
  • Group Event giveaway items can be picked up with a Group Event ticket associated with that specific Group Event on the day of the game and are only available while supplies last.
  • If a person is attempting to redeem more than one giveaway item, he or she must present an equal number of valid Group Event game tickets.
  • All Group Event tickets are mobile only.

Frequently Asked Questions

I already purchased a regular game ticket to the same game as a Group Event. Can I still receive the Group Event giveaway item?
The only way to receive a Group Event giveaway item is to purchase a specific Group Event ticket. Tickets can be purchased using the Group Events website or going through each specific Group Event website.

I already purchased a ticket to the same game as a Group Event. Can I exchange them for a Group Event ticket?
Regular game tickets cannot be exchanged for a Group Event ticket.

How do I know that I have purchased the correct ticket?
Group Event tickets are only available through the specific online website for that event. If you purchase through that specific website, then you have purchased the correct ticket. In addition, each special Group Event that has a giveaway item involved will have the event name listed on the bottom of the ticket. If you have any questions, please call the Mariners Representative listed on the website referencing the event.

How will I receive my Group Event giveaway item?
Group Event giveaway items must be collected on the day of the game and are only available while supplies last or through the end of the 3rd inning. The pick-up location for your specific event will be listed on the Group Event website. You will also receive a Know Before You Go email with redemption information within 12-24 hours prior to first pitch with detailed instructions on item pick up.

Am I guaranteed to receive the Group Event giveaway item?
A fan that purchases a Group Event ticket will be guaranteed the giveaway item unless the Group Event specifies that the giveaway item may be limited. Giveaway items are only available at the ballpark on the day of the game while supplies last or through the end of the 3rd inning.

I am a Season Ticket Holder. Do my season tickets include the giveaway items?
The Promotional Item Sets available to season ticket holders for purchase do not include Group Event giveaways. As noted above, you must have the specific Group Event ticket to receive the giveaway item.

I purchased a Group Event ticket that is part of a fundraiser. What are my options for exchanging my ticket for another game?
Fundraising tickets are not subject to any exchanges or refunds.

Are Group Event tickets exchangeable or refundable?
No, Group Event tickets are not exchangeable or refundable.

Are Group Event tickets eligible for resale?
No, Group Event Tickets are not eligible for resale. If the Mariners determine, in their sole discretion, that any buyer purchases Group Tickets with the intent to resell those tickets, the Group ticket purchase may be cancelled and refunded to the buyer.

How do I access my tickets?

  • Visit Mariners.com/MyAccount
    Click “Sign In” at the top right
    Enter your email – Must be the same one on file for your account/used to purchase your tickets
    Enter your password – If it is the first time visiting My mariners Account, click ‘forgot your password’ to finish creating your account and set a password

Can I pick up items for my family and friends who are still on their way to the game?
No, scanning their ticket for item redemption will void their entrance ability, and not allow them to enter the gate.

Can I pick up items for my family and friends who are inside the ballpark already?
Yes, you can pick up multiple items as long as you have the tickets for the other members of your group and all guests are in the ballpark. Fans must present an equal number of valid Themed Ticket Special game tickets to receive multiple giveaway items. Screenshots are not accepted for item pick up. Tickets cannot be transferred once scanned into the ballpark at the gate for initial entry, so please complete all transfers prior to arrival at the ballpark.

What sizes do you offer for sized items?
Sizes vary by offer, but we offer a full-size run for most events. This typically includes sizes youth large and adult small - 2XL depending on vendor availability. Sizing is first come, first served. Sizes can not be set aside in advance for any reason.

Can sizes be exchanged once I pick up my item?
No, sizes cannot be exchanged once an item is removed from its packaging and tried on.

Will unsold or unredeemed items be distributed after the giveaway closes at the end of the 3rd inning?
No, we do not distribute unredeemed items to regular ticket holders. Most events sell out.

I missed picking up my item, now what?

Group ticket purchases are special offers that include discount pricing and certain other benefits. Group Tickets are not eligible for resale. If the Mariners determine, in their sole discretion, that any buyer purchases Group Tickets with the intent to resell those tickets, the Group ticket purchase may be cancelled and refunded to the buyer.
