In order to purchase a membership to Fightin' Phils Fan Club, you must complete the Fightin' Phils Fan Club purchase form at fightinphilsfanclub.com. You must provide complete and accurate information, including name, address, telephone number (e.g., home, work, mobile and fax), email address, valid payment card information and shipping address. The phillies.com Privacy Policy explains how such information may be collected and used. The email address associated with your Phillies.com ticket account will be your Fightin' Phils Fan Club member username. You may purchase only one (1) membership for yourself per unique email address. Gift Purchases must be redeemed with a unique email address and password for each membership purchased. The Philadelphia Phillies and/or MLB reserve the right to decline service to or terminate any account for suspicious activity or violation of the terms of this page or the phillies.com Terms of Use. Memberships cannot be automatically renewed from year to year. If you purchased a 2022 membership and elected to have that membership automatically renew, your membership will not automatically renew and must be done manually.

As a gift purchaser, you will receive a redemption email containing a redemption code that must be forwarded to your gift recipient to let him/her know that you have purchased a Fightin' Phils Fan Club membership on his/her behalf. Please be aware that the recipient will need to register for an MLB.com account and redeem the membership using the link and unique code in the gift redemption email in order to receive the Fightin' Phils Fan Club online benefits, so please be sure that you send the email to the gift recipient. Redemption emails may take 24-48 hours to arrive.

YOU MUST REDEEM YOUR GIFT MEMBERSHIP TO RECEIVE THE BENEFITS OF YOUR FIGHTIN' PHILS FAN CLUB MEMBERSHIP. The purchaser will receive an email within 24-48 hours of completed transaction to be passed along to gift recipient that includes a redemption link, code and information on how to redeem your membership online. You must click on that link and follow redemption instructions.

NOTE: You must redeem by September 4, 2023; however, in order to receive the online benefits of your 2023 Fightin' Phils Fan Club gift membership, we recommend you activate your membership as soon as possible.

Your Fightin' Phils Fan Club gift membership must be redeemed online before you can receive your electronic ticket voucher for your complimentary tickets. The ticket voucher must be redeemed by September 5, 2023, to receive the tickets included with your gift membership.

Membership cards are digital only and accessible via the MLB Ballpark app (MLB Ballpark app compatible device required). Please allow up to two (2) business days for your card to appear in your MLB Ballpark app. To access your membership card, open the MLB Ballpark app, go to the Phillies tab, scroll to the Members section, and click the Fightin’ Phils Fan Club Card. Gift boxes for Premium tier memberships will be distributed twice during the 2023 Phillies season. The first gift box will be available for pickup starting on or around April 6. The second gift box will be available for pickup starting on or around July 14.

Please email [email protected] at least one business day prior to the game or date you would like to pick up your items so we can have your box ready. Be sure to include member name, date and location of intended pickup, and email address associated with membership.

Pick up locations:

1. Phillies home game at the Fan Club kiosk. The Fan Club kiosk is located at The Yard in Right Field and open every Phillies home game until an hour and a half after the scheduled first pitch.
2. Season Ticket Holder lobby (located at the First Base Gate) during normal business hours (M-F, 10 a.m. - 4 p.m.) on non-game days or prior to the start of any Phillies home game (this will allow you to return the items to your vehicle prior to entering the ballpark).

Gift boxes are distributed with items pre-selected by the Phillies and cannot be customized or exchanged.

Premium Tier members: Your electronic ticket voucher, redeemable only online, is good for two (2) complimentary Baseline (108-111, 136-139), Pavilion Deck Pavilion (201-211), Scoreboard Porch (241-245), Pavilion Deck (301-310, 329-333) or Terrace Deck (412-434) tickets for you and one (1) guest at Citizens Bank Park for an eligible 2023 Phillies regular season home game**.
