Heliot and his partner, Carolina López, welcomed a baby girl in February 2024...In 2017, he was the highest drafted player out of Puerto Rico since Carlos Correa was the first overall pick in the 2012 draft...Was the MVP of the 2016 Under Armour All-America Baseball Game, a showcase of high school juniors and seniors that was held at Wrigley Field on July 23, 2016...Has two older brothers, Héctor and Henry. Héctor is a pro soccer player and the all-time top scorer of the Puerto Rican national team...Henry is a baseball player who, after 10 years in the Minors, made his Major League debut with Arizona in 2021. In 2019, Henry was an invite to Giants Spring Training and the two brothers played together in the same outfield for the first time. Henry spent the 2025 season in Mexico with Leones de Yucatán and played for the Cangrejeros de Santurce this past winter.

2021

Split the season between Double-A Richmond and Triple-A Sacramento, combining to hit .254 with 25 doubles, 14 home runs, 56 RBI and a .323 OBP...Was invited to his first Major League Spring Training to start the season and hit .410 (16-for-39) with three doubles, three homers and six RBI in 21 games...Started the season in Richmond and hit .237 with 10 home runs in 62 games before being promoted to Sacramento in mid-July...Posted an .892 OPS with 10 extra-base hits and 12 RBI in May with Richmond (22 games) but struggled through June (.529 OPS)...Rebounded in early July with a .951 OPS through 14 games with Richmond to earn his promotion to Triple-A...Hit .272 and drove in 30 runs in 54 games for Sacramento.
