Began the season with Bowie (AA) in BAL’s organization...Acquired by the Phillies on 7/30 and was optioned to Reading (AA)...Combined to go 2-2, 2.93 ERA (10 ER, 30.2 IP) and 28 SO over seven starts with Reading and Lehigh Valley (AAA)...Named Phillies Minor League Co-Pitcher of the Month for August (2-1, 1.52 ERA, 4 ER, 23.2 IP in five starts)...Named International League Pitcher of the Week, 8/26-9/1...Recalled on 9/8 and made his MLB debut in a start at MIA...Optioned to Lehigh Valley on 9/9.

2023

Began the season on Norfolk’s injured list after undergoing successful UCL surgery (Tommy John) on 8/3/22...Began a rehab assignment with the FCL Orioles on 8/19 and pitched to an 0-1 record with a 5.07 ERA (4 ER/7.1 IP) across four rehab starts with the FCL Orioles (one), Low-A Delmarva (one) and High-A Aberdeen (two)...Assigned to Double-A Bowie on 9/13 and made his AA debut later that night at Harrisburg, allowing two runs (one ER) on three hits (one HR) with two walks and four strikeouts in 3.0 innings.

2022

Began the season with High-A Bowling Green and made seven starts for the Hot Rods before being placed on the 7-day Injured List (right forearm inflammation) on 5/27...Posted a 13.67 K/9 (41 K/27.0 IP), which ranked third in the South Atlantic League at the time of his injury (min. 27.0 IP)...Traded to the Orioles on 8/1...Underwent successful UCL reconstruction surgery (Tommy John) on 8/3; the surgery was performed by Dr. Keith Meister...Finished the season ranked as the No. 10 prospect in Baltimore's system, per Baseball America and MLB Pipeline...Added to Baltimore's 40-man roster on 11/15.
