Youth Baseball & Softball Funding

The Reds Youth Baseball and Softball Funding program enters its 21st year in 2025. This initiative is a funding mechanism to support youth baseball and softball organizations. The program is inspired by local inner-city coaches who help keep baseball and softball vibrant in our communities, while striving to be positive role models. The Reds Community Fund began this initiative in 2005 by funding five Knothole baseball organizations. In 2024, the Reds Community Fund, along with Kid Glove, and the Rosie Reds organization partnered to support more than 100+ organizations while financially assisting more than 12,500 student-athletes.
Community Makeover

Since 2006, the Reds Community Fund has helped renovate and maintain over 500 ball fields throughout Reds Country.
The annual Community Makeover is designed to transform a Greater Cincinnati neighborhood. The project features some of Cincinnati’s most iconic businesses along with local community partners who collaborate on a series of projects including investment in neighborhood baseball and softball fields.
Reds Fun At Bat

The Reds Community Fund and USA Baseball have partnered to bring young athletes a unique baseball and softball experience known as Fun At Bat. Through this program, kids learn every aspect of the game from fielding and throwing to batting, all while placing an emphasis on character development, functional movement, literacy, active play, and fun! The overarching goal of the program is to promote fun and active lifestyles for children while teaching them the fundamentals of baseball and softball.
Reds Little Sluggers League

The Reds Little Sluggers League is the perfect opportunity for budding baseball/softball stars to build, develop, and showcase their skills, make new friends, plus have a blast playing ball. Kids will learn the fundamental bat and ball skills through t-ball, coach pitch, and 8U age levels.
Registration opens in late July for the fall league.
