Step 1: Open your internet browser and visit dbacks.com/myaccount to login to your D-backs ticket account.
Advantage Member Relocation Event
Please see the information below on how to choose your temporary seat location for 2021. If you have any questions, please reach out to your Advantage Membership Representative or call 602.514.4444.
- Each link will become available when your designated date and time is, based on your priority number. Date and time assignments will be sent via email.
- You may enter the website as many times as you'd like, but once you relocate seats, you will not be able to enter the relocation link again.
- You may not be able to access your current payment plan. If you would like to keep your current payment plan, please contact your Season Ticket Experience representative.
- You will be required to enter your credit card on the payment screen even if there is no additional charge. This is to attach a credit card to your updated payment plan.
- There may be situations where there is a minimal amount due on the new payment plan. This is due to rounding over the course of the payment plan. Please note that Half B ticket plans will be relocated to different seats for Opening Day.
Please note: You will need your account number or the email address that your ticket account is linked to as well as your password. If you do not know your password, you can click on the "Forgot Your Password?" link or contact your Advantage Membership Representative directly to retrieve your password.
We encourage you to test your log in prior to your designated time slot to avoid delays in viewing available seating pods.
Step 2: Once you’re logged in, you’ll see a countdown until your select-a-seat session starts or ends. When you’re ready enter your session, click “Relocate Now”.
Step 3: Select the “Upgrade Seats” button next to the current seat block(s) that you’d like to upgrade, then click the red “Next” button.
Step 4: Choose your preferred plan by clicking the “Select Plan” button, then click the red “Next” button.
Step 5: You’ll see your current seats and all available seats. Use your cursor to navigate seat levels and views, then select your preferred section and seats.
Step 6: Use the dropdown navigation to select your ticket plan for each new seat and click the “Add to Cart” button.
Step 7: To complete your transaction, click the shopping cart icon in the top right corner and the red “Continue” button.
Step 8: If you’ve made any upgrades to your account, there will be a balance due. Click the red “Checkout” button to complete your transaction.
