Here are the Triple-A All-Stars and award winners for the 2026 season

No Minor League level has a bigger impact on the Major Leagues than Triple-A.  

Just one step below the bigs, the rosters in the International and Pacific Coast leagues are peppered with talent ready to make an impact, and this year's crop of standouts show just that.

On Saturday, Minor League Baseball announced its All-Stars and award winners for the 2026 season. The squads consist of 32 names selected as the best at their position -- 16 per league. Among that group, a whopping 25 players spent time in the bigs this season. That's 78.1 percent.

Headlining the teams are several players who also received additional hardware. In the International League, the Guardians' earned MVP honors, Yankees right-hander  took home the Pitcher of the Year award and speedy Tigers outfielder was named as the circuit's Top MLB Prospect. For the PCL, Rockies outfielder won MVP, Giants righty secured the Pitcher of the Year award and Rockies slugger Charlie Condon was tabbed as the Top MLB Prospect. 

Dozens of other prospects posted award-worthy seasons en route to All-Star honors. led the level with 34 homers over 103 games prior to his historic three-homer MLB debut for the Cardinals, and the Dodgers' James Tibbs III became the second player since at least 2005 to tally 100+ runs, RBIs and walks in the same season (the Brewers' Andrew Fischer also completed the feat this year).

Without further ado, here are the Triple-A All-Stars and Award winners from the 2026 season:

International League

Most Valuable Player: , Columbus (CLE) 

Ingle had a brief 21 at-bat cameo in the bigs, but spent most of the year terrorizing International League pitching. The 2023 fourth-rounder closed the season atop the circuit with a .952 OPS. He also ranked among the top five in runs (85), walks (86), batting average (.297) and BABIP (.362). After combining for 21 homers in his previous three seasons, the Guardians' No. 4 prospect -- who has received praise for his mature presence in the box -- swatted 20 long balls this season.

Pitcher of the Year: Brendan Beck, Scranton/Wilkes-Barre (NYY)

Last season, in his first action since undergoing an elbow procedure in 2024, Beck posted a stellar 1.82 ERA over 54 1/3 Double-A frames before earning a promotion to Triple-A and seeing a dip in results. This year, following a healthy offseason, the Yankees' No. 25 prospect was dominant at the Minors' highest level. The 27-year-old paced all Triple-A arms with 151 punchouts over 135 1/3 innings, setting single-game career highs in strikeouts (a 12-K masterpiece over six scoreless innings on Aug. 4) and scoreless frames (7). Beck also led all Triple-A hurlers with a 2.93 ERA, leaning on his pinpoint control and varying location to keep hitters off balance.

Top MLB Prospect: , Toledo (DET)

Stolen bases are back in vogue in the bigs, and Clark fits right in. The speedy outfielder -- nicknamed "Spark" because of the energy he brings -- has true five-tool potential on the diamond. Across 90 games for Toledo, Clark hit 10 homers and swiped 21 bases while slashing .276/.368/.434. Defensively, his 70-grade speed leads to acrobatic grabs and takes away would-be knocks. Clark, who earned a callup to the bigs on July 31, led all Triple-A outfielders with six outfield assists despite spending only part of the season with Toledo.

Pacific Coast League

Most Valuable Player: Zac Veen, Albuquerque (COL)

Following an offseason lifestyle change, Veen showed up to Spring Training 40 pounds heavier and stronger than he has ever been as a pro -- and it showed in his performance. The 2020 first-rounder socked a career-high 24 homers for Albuquerque, finishing with a Triple-A-best 1.037 OPS over 100 games. Even with the weight gain, Veen retained his signature speed. He swiped 18 bases and legged out eight triples, while also topping the PCL in extra-base hits (65) and finishing third in batting average (.327). Veen was promoted to MLB on Aug. 11 and has become a contributing piece for the Rockies.

Pitcher of the Year: Carson Seymour, Sacramento (SF)

Prior to a midseason move to the bullpen and subsequent promotion to San Francisco, Seymour was one of the stingiest arms in the hitter-friendly PCL. Over nine starts, the 27-year-old posted a 3.69 ERA and 1.23 WHIP while recording 36 strikeouts. In total, he notched 70 punchouts in 76 innings and also tallied four saves. Among qualified arms in the PCL, just one player had a sub-4.00 ERA, making Seymour's 3.79 mark in 22 appearances even more impressive.

Top MLB Prospect: Charlie Condon, Albuquerque (COL) 

Standing at 6-foot-5, 216 pounds, Condon's frame alone signals home run hitting ability. The 2024 No. 3 overall pick set the NCAA Division I BBCOR Era Record with 37 homers in 2024 for Georgia, and he tapped into that power routinely for the Isotopes in 2026. Across 130 games, Condon belted a system-leading 27 homers -- third best in the PCL -- and delivered a career-high .904 OPS. Deploying a simple right-handed stance, the Rockies' No. 3 prospect has the tools to be a big-time slugger at the next level, especially at Coors Field.
