The Cloud Club is a members-only hospitality club, designed around the all-inclusive, semi-private premium lounge located on the Airwallex Suite Level at Oracle Park. Whether you're elevating your gameday or entertaining guests, the Cloud Club offers a one-of-a-kind space to connect, celebrate and take in some of the best views in San Francisco.

Cloud Club FAQ's
How do I access my Cloud Club tickets?
Giants tickets are mobile-only via the MLB Ballpark app. You may also forward tickets from the app, accordingly. We kindly ask that you do so prior to arrival at Oracle Park.
How do I send tickets to my guests?
Tickets can be forwarded via email or text using the MLB Ballpark app. Recipients will need the MLB Ballpark to access their tickets. We strongly encourage you to forward tickets before arriving at Oracle Park.
When does the Cloud Club open?
Monday through Friday, gates open 90 minutes prior to game time. On Saturday and Sunday, gates open and two (2) hours prior game time. Subject to change.
What is the bag policy at Oracle Park?
Backpacks (including clear ones) and bags larger than 16x16x18 are not permitted inside Oracle Park. Onsite storage is available for rent. Click here to learn more.
Which entrance should I use to access the Cloud Club?
The Cloud Club is located on the 4th floor of our newly-renovated Suite Level. We encourage club members and their guests to enter via the Suite Lobby doors or at the 2nd & King gate.
What are my transportation options?
The Giants strongly encourage fans to plan ahead and take transit, bike or walk to Oracle Park. Learn more.
Where can I park?
Should you be driving to Oracle Park, Cloud Club members are encouraged to use the Audi Premium Parking Garage at 153 Townsend. Advanced reservations via SpotHero are required. Note that reservations are required for ALL Giants-operated facilities, including for fans with valid ADA placards.
Where is Oracle Park’s closest rideshare drop-off and pick-up zone?
The closest rideshare pick-up/drop-off zone for Cloud Club Members is on Townsend at Stanford (near 2nd St).
How do I secure tickets for the Cloud Club?
Cloud Club credits can be redeemed for tickets via the online portal.
Can I reserve specific balcony seats in the Cloud Club?
Yes, the seats on the balcony of the Cloud Club are reserved seating. For premium games, reservations are limited to four (4) seats per membership. For all other games, it is six (6) seats.
What are my other seating options in the Cloud Club?
Members can also secure tickets for lounge access. We have multiple lounge areas including sofas and chairs, barstools and perimeter barstool seating available to attendees.
Can I secure more than 10 tickets per game?
If you wish to secure more than 10 tickets for any game, please contact us: cloudclub@sfgiants.com.
Can I return my tickets/cancel my reservation?
Yes. Members may cancel their reservations up to two (2) business days prior to the game by emailing cloudclub@sfgiants.com or calling (415) 972-2009. If the request is made less than two (2) business days prior to the game, please understand the Cloud Club management team reserves the right to deny the request.
Can I bring guests into the Cloud Club?
Yes, all guests 25 months or older must have a valid Cloud Club ticket.
Can I take food and drinks from the Cloud Club to other levels of the ballpark?
To maintain the exclusive experience of the Cloud Club for all guests, food and drinks provided in the space must be enjoyed within the Club area only. Sharing food or drinks with guests outside of the Cloud Club is not permitted.
Can Cloud Club credits be used for concerts and other non-baseball events at the ballpark?
Yes. As a Cloud Club Member, you may apply your credits to concerts and other non-baseball events at the ballpark, depending on your membership package.
