A: Splash Cash is stored value within certain game tickets that can be applied toward concessions or merchandise purchased at Oracle Park.
Q: How do I use my Splash Cash?
A: Present the QR code within Giants Wallet at checkout. Staff will scan the QR code to apply the stored value toward your purchase.
Q: Does Splash Cash expire?
A: Yes. Splash Cash expires at the end of the game for which the ticket was issued. Any unused Splash Cash will be forfeited, and you agree that you will not have any claim for any such unused Splash Cash.
Q: Where can Splash Cash be redeemed?
A: Splash Cash can be redeemed at concession/retail stands inside the ballpark or at the Oracle Park Giants Dugout Store. Splash Cash is not accepted with in-seat vendors, for in-seat food service or mobile orders using Uber Eats. Splash Cash cannot be used to purchase game tickets.
Q: If I buy something of lesser value, do I get cash back?
A: No. If you purchase an item for less than your Splash Cash value, your Wallet will reflect the remaining balance that may be applied toward additional purchases.
Q: Can I purchase something of greater value than my Splash Cash?
A: Yes. After your Splash Cash is applied, any remaining balance can be paid with a credit/debit/gift card. New with Giants Wallet, by using “Scan & Pay” (green button at the bottom of Wallet), you can apply your Splash Cash and pay the remaining balance with your stored credit card - all in one scan.
Q: Can I use multiple Splash Cash QR codes to pay for one transaction?
A: Yes. You may present multiple Splash Cash QR codes at checkout. In this instance, do NOT use Scan & Pay”, otherwise it will charge your card on file for the remaining balance.
Q: Will Splash Cash transfer if I forward my ticket?
A: Yes. If you forward/sell tickets containing Splash Cash, the Splash Cash WILL transfer to the new recipient. You should inform the recipient that the ticket has stored value and that it expires at the end of the day for which the ticket was issued.
Q: How can I check my Splash Cash balance/if I have Splash Cash?
A: You may check your Splash Cash balance by viewing your Splash Cash tile in the Giants Wallet.
Q: Can I view my past purchases?
A: Yes. If it’s the day of the game, tap the Splash Cash tile and scroll down to “Transaction History.” Post game, you can view all past purchases by scrolling down and tapping “My Orders.” There, you will locate your purchase total, discounts applied, Splash applied, and if any credit cards were used, per order.
Q: How do I redeem Splash Cash if I have printed tickets?
A: If you have printed tickets, you can present the ticket barcode at the time of checkout to redeem your Splash Cash.
Q: Who do I contact if I have issues redeeming my Splash Cash?
A: If you have issues with Splash Cash on a gameday, please visit the Ticket Services office on the Promenade Level behind home plate (near Section 119) until the bottom of the 5th inning.
Q: Can I add additional Splash Cash to my account?
