O’s Fight Hunger Challenge

The Baltimore Orioles and Giant Food are teaming up to raise $100,000 for the Maryland Food Bank with the O’s Fight Hunger Challenge! When you give by May 31, 2026, Giant Food will match your donation, dollar-for-dollar, up to $50,000. Remember, every $1 DOUBLES to help provide 2 meals.

Giant Food and The Maryland Food Bank will be offering the Denim Crab Cap and Samuel Basallo Bobblehead for purchase on the day after their respective giveaway dates - Monday, May 11, and Sunday, May 24. Visit their tables located on Eutaw Street for a chance to purchase.

All proceeds from the sale of the Denim Crab Cap on May 11 and the Samuel Basallo Bobblehead on May 24 will benefit the Maryland Food Bank.

O’s Fight Hunger Challenge Promotion. From May 1–31, 2026, donations made to the Maryland Food Bank through mdfoodbank.org/orioles will be matched by Giant Food, dollar‑for‑dollar, up to an aggregate maximum of $50,000. The match is funded by Giant Food and is not a tax‑deductible contribution by the individual donor. During select games (including May 11 and May 24, 2026), fans can also purchase limited-edition Orioles merchandise, sponsored by Giant Food. All proceeds from the sale of the Denim Crab Cap on May 11 and the Samuel Basallo Bobblehead on May 24 will benefit the Maryland Food Bank. No portion of any Orioles ticket price constitutes a charitable contribution as part of this promotion.
