If you cannot access your tickets in the MLB Ballpark app or have any issues logging in, please follow the steps below to reset your MLB account password:
- Reset your MLB account password here: https://www.mlb.com/forgot-password
- Enter the e-mail address associated with your account and click "reset my password." Use a new, original password that you haven't used anywhere else. You will not be able to use a password you have previously used on your account.
When logging back into the Ballpark app, please follow these instructions:
- Click "Log In with another MLB Account"
- Enter your MLB account email address
- Click "Log In with Password"
- Now enter the new password you just created
- This will then direct you to the Home screen of the Ballpark app
