Q: What if the game time changes?
A: All game times are subject to change. Based on MLB's agreement with Fox and ESPN, our Saturday and Sunday games may be picked/dropped from national television broadcast, which would affect the game time. Please be aware of this and be ready to shift your party time in the event a game time changes.
Q: Will other birthday parties be occurring in the same room as our party?
A: Yes, the Phillies reserve the right to book multiple parties for the same date. Each group will have assigned tables, but space in the room and hallway will be shared.
Q: Can my guests bring gifts?
A: It depends. Due to MLB security regulations all bags are subject to inspection and we ask that no wrapped gifts are brought to the ballpark. (Gift) Bags smaller than 16" x 16" x 8" (the size of a backpack) are permitted.
Q: When do I get the foam fingers, cut-the-line wristbands, team store discount, etc?
A: When you arrive at the Tour Group Meeting Room, there will be a check-in table. We will provide the included items upon arrival.
Q: If I purchase additional tickets, does the food/beverage quantity increase?
A: No. If you want to add food/beverages, you have two options 1. Additional pizza pies at $35 each; 2. Additional 10-person pizza menus at $240 each.
Q: Can I order additional catering / switch out beverage quantities / bring in food or beverages from outside the ballpark?
A: Perfect Pitch party packages come with a set menu. Guests can pre-order extra pizzas and/or extra 10-person pizza menus. Unfortunately, we cannot pre-order other catering items or adjust menu quantities. In addition, guests may not bring bulk quantities of food/beverage or anything prepared by an outside catering source into the ballpark. However, you are welcome to purchase additional items at ballpark concession stands and bring them into the party room.
