June 29, 2020 - TICKET POLICY UPDATE FROM THE REDS

All tickets for originally scheduled Reds 2020 regular season home games are no longer valid.

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the 2020 Major League Baseball season will be played with a revised regular season schedule. If fans are permitted to attend games based on the revised schedule at Great American Ball Park at any point this season, tickets will be sold for those games at a later date.

The Reds are offering fans holding tickets for games originally scheduled for the 2020 regular season the option to apply the value of those tickets towards tickets for the 2021 season or receive a refund. Digital tickets may not be visible in the MLB Ballpark App at this time, but we still have a record of your purchase.

Fans who purchased tickets directly from the Reds or Tickets.com for any Reds 2020 regular season home game have the following options:

Season Ticket Members (Plans of 13 games or more)

Option 1: Take no action

o A credit in the amount you paid for your 2020 Season Tickets will automatically be applied to the renewal of your 2021 Cincinnati Reds season tickets and parking (if applicable).

o RECEIVE A 10% BONUS CREDIT FOR CONCESSIONS TO BE USED IN 2021

  • Season Ticket Members who choose this option will also receive a bonus credit that can be used at GABP concession stands during the 2021 season.

*The bonus credit will be calculated as 10% of the value of your 2020 season tickets that is applied to your 2021 season ticket renewal. Additional details regarding the bonus credit redemption will be communicated at a later date.

Option 2: Request a refund

o You may request a refund for the purchase value of the season tickets and parking passes from 2020 regular season games. Please click the “Season Ticket Refund Request” button below to submit your request.

o All refund requests must be submitted by September 20, 2020

Single-Game and Group Buyers (including: Pick 6 Plan, Flex Ticket Pack, and Holiday Gift Pack)

Option 1: Take no action

o Single Game, Group, and Pick 6 Plan Buyers

(A credit will be applied to your account equal to the purchase value of the tickets and when applicable, parking and All You Can Eat passes from the 2020 regular season games. This credit may be applied toward the purchase of tickets for any 2021 regular season home game, subject to availability.)

o Flex Ticket Pack & Holiday Gift Pack

(For redeemed vouchers: any voucher redeemed from a Flex Ticket Pack for a game scheduled for 2020 regular season will be added back to the Flex Ticket Pack purchaser’s account and may be redeemed for any 2021 regular season home game, subject to availability.. Any voucher redeemed from a Holiday Gift Pack for a game scheduled for the 2020 regular season will be added back to the redeemer’s account and may be redeemed for any 2021 regular season home game, subject to availability.)

(For unredeemed vouchers: vouchers may be redeemed for any 2021 regular season home game, subject to availability.)

Option 2: Request a refund

o You may request a refund for the purchase value of the tickets and when applicable, parking and All You Can Eat passes from the 2020 regular season games. Click the “Single-Game and Group Refund Request” button below to submit your request.

o All refund requests must be submitted by September 20, 2020

Special exceptions apply.

Fans with tickets obtained online through Reds ticket donations, Reds Heads Kids Club, Reds Rookies Baby Club, Club Red, Costco, Straight A, Kid Glove, and Redsfest admission will be emailed a link to exchange their tickets for a comparable 2021 home game. This email will be sent at a later date, after 2021 single game tickets go on sale. Other fans with these types of tickets may exchange their tickets once the Great American Ball Park Box Office re-opens. Exchanges only for these select tickets; no credits or refunds will be issued. Holiday Gift Pack also not eligible for a refund.

Tickets that have been purchased from a secondary market reseller cannot be refunded, credited or exchanged by the Reds. Fans holding tickets that have been purchased through a secondary ticket reseller must consult their point of purchase (e.g. Stubhub) for information.

Upcoming Home Games

New Bag Policy at GABP

To enhance ballpark security and expedite the screening process, backpacks will no longer be allowed into Great American Ball Park. Acceptable items include purses, medical bags, diaper bags, briefcases, drawstring bags and Reds Heads Kids Club bags along with small soft-sided coolers that do not exceed the 16” x 16” x 8” MLB size requirement.
