2024 Legends Premier Ticket Vacation Program
Total number of tickets eligible to be returned:
- Multiyear full season Legends Premier* Licensees can return their Legends Premier tickets for up to eight (8) games for all 2024 regular season home games for a discount that will be applied toward the 2025 regular season.
- One-year full season Legends Premier Licensees can return their Legends Premier tickets for up to four (4) games for all 2024 regular season home games for a discount that will be applied toward the 2025 regular season.
How the program works:
- Licensees can return Legends Premier tickets for a maximum number of games based on their contract type (i.e., multiyear full season or one-year full season, as outlined above), as of Friday, March 8, 2024, for all 2024 regular season home games.
- Licensees must return Legends Premier tickets at least two weeks prior to the game. All tickets must be returned no later than Friday, July 5, 2024.
- Each Licensee will be entitled to a discount equal to the value of the returned tickets for the 2024 regular season, which can be applied toward the Licensee's full season ticket invoice for the same Legends Premier seating location for the 2025 regular season. For purposes of calculating this discount, the "value" of a ticket for any seat will equal the total amount invoiced to the Licensee for that seat for that year's regular season (net of any discount attributable to tickets returned under the Legends Premier Ticket Vacation Program during the previous regular season), divided by 81. Therefore, for 2025 and each subsequent year, the "value" of each returned ticket for that year will take into account the discount attributable to returned tickets from the previous year.**
- Any discount received from the Legends Premier Ticket Vacation Program is nonrefundable and nontransferable and may only be used toward a full season ticket invoice by the same Licensee for the same Legends Premier seating location for the 2025 regular season.
- Any discount for returned tickets for the 2024 regular season will be automatically applied to the Licensee's invoice for the 2025 regular season.
- All Legends Premier seats on the Licensee's account that are in the same section and have the same price must be returned at the same time for that game - i.e., if the Licensee's account has four (4) tickets in the same section at the same price, the Licensee may not return fewer than four (4) tickets for that game.
- Tickets for all 2024 regular season home games are eligible to be returned.
* Legends Premier is defined as those full season Legends Suite Licensees with Legends Suite tickets in row 1.
** For illustration purposes only: For a multiyear Legends Premier Licensee who is invoiced $48,600 per seat for the 2024 regular season, the value of each returned ticket would be $600 ($48,600/81 games). If the Licensee returns tickets for the maximum of eight (8) games during the 2024 regular season, the Licensee’s discount for the 2025 regular season would be $4,800 per seat ($600 x 8 games). Assuming no change in pricing or escalation on the Licensee’s seats from the previous season, the Licensee would be invoiced $43,800 per seat ($48,600-$4,800) for the 2025 regular season. Accordingly, the value of each returned ticket for the 2024 regular season would be $540.74 ($43,800/81 games). If the Licensee returns tickets for the maximum of eight (8) games during the 2025 regular season, the Licensee’s discount for the 2026 regular season would be $4,325.92 per seat ($540.74 x 8 games). Assuming no change in pricing or escalation on the Licensee’s seats from the previous seasons, the Licensee would be invoiced $44,274.08 per seat ($48,600-$4,325.92) for the 2026 regular season.
