"Derek brings over 20 years of management, IT consulting plus software and development experience to his new role at the Milwaukee Brewers," said Brewers General Counsel and Senior Vice President of Administration Marti Wronski. "He has a diverse background in a range of areas that makes him the perfect fit to lead our talented IT Department and to take our operations to the next level."

Hyde most recently served as chief technology officer and senior vice president of business development for Ascendia Ventures. Prior to that, he spent six years working for TrustedChoice.com in a broad range of roles, most recently as chief technology officer. While there, Hyde successfully built internal product and development teams, managed the launch of a new application development platform and outlined key product needs to drive strategic goals. Hyde also worked as vice president of enterprise technologies for Paine Communications from 2005-13 and as a web analyst for the Transportation Research Board of the National Academy of Sciences from 1999-2005.

In his new role, Hyde will lead and oversee all aspects of the Information Technology Department for the Brewers. Hyde will coordinate a department that will service the evolving demands of the organization, including the Business and Baseball Operations Departments and the organization's Minor League affiliates. In addition, Hyde is now responsible for all areas of the team's IT infrastructure, including the development of cutting-edge technology, system design and security.

Hyde, who received a degree in aerospace engineering from the University of Southern California, resides in Brookfield, Wisconsin, with his wife, Sarah, and three children.

McNally joins the Brewers after spending the last six years at GS Design. She began her tenure there as director of client services, working in new business development, and ascended to managing director, overseeing the company's strategy, technology, production and creative efforts. Prior to that, McNally worked as a director of creative ideation for GMR Marketing from 2009-12 and as vice president and group account director for Momentum Worldwide from 1999-2008.

"We are excited to welcome Sharon, who will manage the day-to-day operations of our Marketing Department," said Brewers Senior Vice President of Marketing and Fan Experience Teddy Werner. "The department has grown to include social media, cross-cultural marketing and an in-house creative team of designers and video producers. The addition of Sharon, who brings an extensive amount of experience in client service and agency operations, will help us continue to elevate the Brewers brand and engage our fans."

As vice president of marketing, McNally will define, develop and implement the organization's comprehensive marketing strategy. In addition, she will plan and execute marketing campaigns using traditional, digital and emerging marketing tools as well as media channels.

McNally, a graduate of the University of Hartford, resides in Milwaukee, Wisconsin with her husband and three children.
