Q: Does a 2026 membership to The 415 automatically renew?

A: Yes. 2026 memberships will automatically renew for the 2027 season on or around Monday, September 15, 2025. The cost of your membership will be charged to the card on file. Members will be sent a notice of the 2027 membership renewal fees and any changes to the membership prior to renewal.

Q: Is an MLB.com account required to become a member of The 415?

A: Yes. An MLB.com account is required for access to The 415 membership benefits, including game tickets. You must be at least 13 years of age to create an MLB.com account.

Q: Can fans buy more than one (1) membership to The 415?

A: No. Membership is limited to one (1) per account, per person.

Q: How can I cancel my membership?

A: To cancel your membership, send an email to membershipservices@sfgiants.com. All membership fees charged to a member’s card prior to cancellation are nonrefundable. Partial or prorated refunds are not offered.

Q: What is the refund policy for The 415 membership?

Flex Credit

Q: What is flex credit?

A: Flex credit is ticket credit stored on your account, which can be redeemed for game tickets at special pricing only available to members.

Q: How do members access and redeem flex credit?

A: Flex credit is accessed and redeemed through the Current Members page. Log in with your MLB.com email and password used to purchase the membership and follow the prompts to redeem.

Q: How much flex credit does The 415 membership include in 2026?

A: The 415 membership in 2026 includes $199 of flex credit.

Q: Can 2026 flex credit be applied toward tickets for all regular season home games?

A: Yes, 2026 flex credit can be applied toward tickets for all regular season home games,subject to availability. Flex credit is only applicable for the 2026 regular season and cannot be applied or rolled over to future seasons.

Q: What tickets can 2026 flex credit be redeemed for?

A: Flex credit is redeemable at member pricing for tickets in The 415 (Center Field Bleachers - Sec 143-144) and Standing Room Only (SRO). Inventory is subject to availability. Flex credit can be redeemed in all other seating categories of Oracle Park at regular price without fees, an average savings of 15%.

Q: What is member pricing?

A: Members save an average of 30% off compared to single game tickets in The 415 sections. Members of The 415 can also redeem tickets outside of The 415 at regular pricing without fees, an average savings of 15%.

Q: How many tickets can be redeemed per game?

A: For 2026 regular season games, members can redeem a maximum of ten (10) tickets per game.

Q: When will my flex credit be available on my account?

A: Flex credit will be available 48 business hours after purchase.The opportunity to redeem flex credit for game tickets will open in late 2025.

Q: What if The 415 sells out for a specific game?

A: For any game that reaches capacity in The 415, members can redeem flex credit for Standing Room Only (SRO) tickets, subject to availability. Maximum of ten (10) tickets per game. Flex credit is redeemable for locations outside The 415 and SRO at regular price without fees.

Q: Is there a deadline to redeem 2026 flex credit?

A: Flex credit can be redeemed any time before first pitch. Tickets in The 415 are subject to availability. We encourage members to secure their preferred games in advance.

Q: If I use all of my flex credit, can I purchase more?

A: Yes. Additional flex credit may be purchased in $10 increments with a 10% processing fee.

Q: Does adding credit impact/change my membership level?

A: Yes. There are a variety of membership levels that can be achieved based on the total amount of flex credit purchased within a single season. Flex Membership is unlocked after $999 in total credit has been purchased, Pro Membership is unlocked with $1,999 of total credit purchased, Club Membership is unlocked with $4,999 of total credit purchased and Premium Membership is unlocked with $9,999 of total credit purchased. Membership levels are based on an accumulated total of credit meaning that Members do not need these totals in their account at one time to unlock the next level of membership. Learn more.

Q: When will additional flex credit that is purchased be available for use?

A: Additional credit that is purchased will be available for redemption immediately. Please allow 48 business hours for your upgraded membership level and corresponding seat access (if applicable) to register.

Q: Can I use my flex credit to purchase Special Event tickets?

A: No. To secure the item associated with a Special Event, Members have access to purchase an add-on to accompany their game ticket(s) via MySFTix. You can purchase ten (10) max, per event. Special Event add-ons cannot be purchased with flex credit.

Q: Can flex credit be redeemed for Postseason tickets?

A: No. Flex credit can be redeemed for 2026 regular season game tickets only. However, members of The 415 receive exclusive access to Postseason ticket presales (limited to Wild Card and Division Series).

Q: How do members access their tickets?

A: Giants tickets are mobile only via the MLB Ballpark app. Click here to download and for access instructions.

Q: Can tickets secured with flex credit be forwarded to others?

A: Yes. After redemption, tickets can be forwarded to others. NOTE: Guests with forwarded tickets for The 415 can enjoy member benefits, including early entry to the ballpark and access to the Bullpen Terrace. Forward Ticket Instructions.

Q: If I can no longer attend a game, can I exchange my tickets?

A: Yes. Members of The 415 have access to unlimited ticket exchanges. Exchanges are available up until 24 hours before game time. Tickets must be a 1:1 ratio and cannot be combined for a higher value ticket. Exchanges are only eligible for a game and seating category of equal or lesser ranking. Exchanges for a game and/or seating category of higher ranking will require additional charges (flex credit can be used for this incurred cost). Tickets cannot be exchanged for Postseason games or non-baseball events at Oracle Park.

Q: Are tickets secured with flex credit eligible for resale?

A: No. Tickets redeemed with flex credit are not eligible for resale. The Giants reserve the right to revoke tickets and flex credit without a refund, if this policy is violated. Professional ticket resellers or brokers are not eligible to purchase a membership to The 415. Flex credits purchased by professional ticket resellers or brokers in violation of this policy will be revoked without a refund. If you have redeemed tickets for a game you can no longer attend, we kindly ask that members utilize Ticket Exchange.

Q: Is there ADA seating available in The 415?

A: Members of The 415 will receive the following benefits in 2026:

Q: How do members access/take advantage of their benefits?

A: Members of The 415 have a digital membership ID card, available in the MLB Ballpark app. Simply show this for entry into the ballpark at The 415 gate and receive a 415 wristband to gain access to the Bullpen Terrace.

A: The digital membership ID card is available in the MLB Ballpark app. Tap on the Giants logo in the bottom menu and scroll down to the Ticket Membership section. Tap on The 415 icon.

Q: When are digital membership ID cards loaded into the MLB Ballpark app?

A: The 415 digital membership ID cards are loaded into the MLB Ballpark app prior to the season starting, and the day before each homestand thereafter. Once you have logged in to the MLB Ballpark app, The 415 digital membership ID card can be found by tapping the Giants logo in the bottom menu, scrolling down to the Ticket Memberships section and tapping The 415 icon. Memberships purchased during a homestand will not have access to their ID card until the following homestand. Until ID cards are loaded, members of The 415 can show their order confirmation email to access membership benefits.

Q: Do guests of The 415 members have access to member benefits?

A: Members of The 415 must be present for their guests to enjoy membership benefits. For guests with tickets outside of The 415, each one (1) guest must be accompanied by one (1) member for access to member benefits.

Q: Does membership alone grant members access to the ballpark?

A: No. All members of The 415 must have game tickets for entry to Oracle Park.

Q: Can members sit in The 415 without a ticket for the section?

A: Seats in The 415 are assigned; therefore members must have a ticket in The 415 to sit in the section.

Q: Where is The 415 gate?

A: The 415 gate is on the Portwalk between Triples Alley and the Marina gate.

Q: When does The 415 gate open/close?

  • Monday - Friday games: 2 hours before game time
  • Saturday & Sunday Games: 2.5 hours before game time
  • The 415 Gate will close 30 minutes after game time.

Q: Where is the Bullpen Terrace?

A: The Bullpen Terrace is located above the visitor’s bullpen at the bottom of The 415.

Q: Who receives access to the Bullpen Terrace and when?

A: The Bullpen Terrace is exclusive to members of The 415 and their guests. The Bullpen Terrace opens at the same time as The 415 gate and stays open until the game ends.

Q: Is the Bullpen Terrace ADA accessible?

A: Yes. The Bullpen Terrace is ADA accessible from the ground level concourse behind the centerfield bleachers.

Q: Are game tickets in The 415 required to access the Bullpen Terrace?

A: No. Access to the Bullpen Terrace is based on membership to The 415, alone. For access, members must show their digital membership ID card or have the designated The 415 wristband.

Q: How is the Bullpen Terrace capacity managed?

A: Should the Bullpen Terrace reach full capacity, members will be rotated out in two inning increments to ensure all members can enjoy the space. Once the Bullpen Terrace reaches capacity, members that leave the terrace may need to wait to re-enter the space.
