Tickets in The 415 are available at member pricing, averaging 30% off compared to single game tickets. Members also have the flexibility to use their credit in seating categories outside of The 415 at an average savings of 15%.
SPECIAL EVENT ADD-ONS
As a benefit of your Flex membership, you have the opportunity to enhance your gameday experience with Special Event add-ons to receive the themed item and/or access to the experience associated with our robust Special Event programs celebrating heritage, community, pop-culture, and more. Special Event items range from wearables, to bobbleheads, to one-of-a-kind collectibles.

IMPORTANT: Special Event add-ons are not a game ticket. You must have a valid game ticket along with your Special Event add-on to enter the ballpark and acquire the item. Special Event items can only be redeemed in person, on the date of the Special Event. You can purchase up to ten (10) Special Event add-ons, per event. For wearable items, sizes are not guaranteed and are subject to availability. We encourage members to redeem their item as close to gates opening as possible.
TICKET FLEXIBILITY
Unlimited ticket exchange is now available as part of your Flex membership.
- Exchange is available up until 24 hours before first pitch.
- Tickets must be exchanged 1:1; tickets cannot be combined for a higher value.
- Exchange is complimentary into an equivalently priced ticket. Exchange into a more expensive ticket will result in an additional cost.
- Flex credit can be applied toward any additional cost resulting from an exchange
- Credit resulting from an exchange into a less expensive ticket will be applied to your Flex membership account. Ticket Exchange credit cannot be applied towards your membership renewal and will expire at the end of the 2025 Regular Season.
- Tickets cannot be exchanged into potential Postseason games, or non-baseball events at Oracle Park.

Tickets redeemed with flex credit are not eligible for resale. The Giants reserve the right to revoke tickets and/or credit without refund if tickets are offered for resale in violation of this policy. Professional ticket resellers or brokers are not eligible to purchase Giants membership products. Flex credit purchased by professional ticket resellers or brokers in violation of this policy will be revoked without refund.
Flex credit expires at the end of the 2025 regular season and cannot be used for games in a later season or in the Postseason.
The 415 Membership is subject to special terms applicable to The 415 Membership set forth in the Ticket Back.
