How to Redeem Your Vouchers
- Click the Redeem Vouchers button
- Log in with your MLB.com email and password or create an account
- Enter the XXXX-XXXXXXXX code from your voucher (one at a time) into the “Enter voucher code” box and click “Add”
- After your codes have been added, click on the “21 Vaccination at the Plate Voucher” box below where you entered your codes
- Click on “Voucher Actions” (bottom of the page), and select “Redeem”
- Select the voucher(s) you wish to redeem and click “Continue”. You can redeem multiple vouchers in a single transaction.
- Select a game from the available list
- Select a section from the eligible highlighted options
- Click on the section in the list on the right (the price listed does not apply to your order). Click “add to cart”
- Tickets will be mobile only via the MLB Ballpark app
- Agree to the terms and click Place Order
- Access your tickets via the MLB Ballpark app. Instructions will be included in your confirmation email.

Q: Can I combine my two voucher codes to get one premium seat?
A: No, voucher codes can only be redeemed in a 1:1 ratio (1 code for 1 ticket) for eligible seating categories.
Q: Can I forward my vouchers to others?
A: Yes! To forward your vouchers:
- Follow redemption steps 1-4 above
- Click Voucher Actions, and select Forward
- Select the vouchers you want to forward and click Continue. Vouchers can only be forwarded to one recipient at a time.
- Select a friend or click Add Friend (bottom of the page)
- After a friend has been selected, click Forward Vouchers. The recipient will be sent instructions on how to access.
