ACCESSIBILITY

ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES

Outside alcohol (including non-alcoholic beer and wine) is not permitted inside Scottsdale Stadium. Once inside the stadium, alcoholic beverages are available for purchase. The Giants encourage their fans to drink responsibly and be courteous to those around them. The following rules and regulations apply:

  • Anyone who appears to be under the age of 30 will be asked to show ID.
  • The sale of beer will be discontinued at the end of the 7th inning for 9 inning games, and at the end of the 6th inning for 7 inning games.
  • Under aged guests who attempt to purchase alcohol will be reported to the authorities and ejected from the stadium
  • There is a two drink per purchase limit at the concession stands and a one drink per purchase limit with roaming concessionaires.
  • Alcohol may not be taken out of the stadium when exiting.

ALLOWED ITEMS

The following items are allowed inside Scottsdale Stadium:

  • Banners/Signs (baseball related, in good taste)
  • Cameras (point and shoot)
  • Flags (not on poles)
  • Non-alcoholic beverages (in plastic)
  • Plastic bottles
  • Stadium seats
  • Strollers
  • Sunscreen in aerosol cans

ANIMALS

Service animals accompanying guests with disabilities are welcome at Scottsdale Stadium. Under the Americans with Disabilities Act, service animals are defined as dogs and, in some cases, miniature horses that are individually trained to do work or perform tasks for people with disabilities. Other animals are not permitted. Service animals must be harnessed, leashed, or tethered, unless these devices interfere with the service animal's work or the individual's disability prevents using these devices. In that case, the individual must maintain control of the animal through voice, signal, or other effective controls. Service animals must be under the control of their handler and be housebroken. Guests who need to "relieve" their service animal will be permitted to exit and re-enter the ballpark, subject to re-screening by security. Please have your ticket stamped by security personnel prior to exiting.

AUTOGRAPHS

There is a designated signing area in front of the players' entrance along the first base side of the stadium, on Osborn Road. This area is reserved for fans 14 and under. Fans waiting in this area are encouraged to be respectful to those around them. Autographs may also be requested inside the stadium near the field pre and post game. Fans are asked to respect the players and recognize they are in a working environment. Autographs are not guaranteed. The Giants reserve the right to remove any autograph seekers from the stadium.

BAG POLICY

Backpacks, including clear backpacks, are not permitted.

Permitted bags include clear totes no larger than 12” x 12” x 6”, small clutch purses no larger than 9” x 5”, medical bags, and manufactured diaper bags that accompany guests with young children.

All bags are subject to inspection. Guests are encouraged to arrive early and to allow additional time to enter the ballpark.

BATS & BASEBALLS

Fans need to be alert to the danger of flying objects, including but not limited to, bats and baseballs. All objects that enter the seating areas may be kept.

BEVERAGES

Sealed, plastic bottles (no larger than 32 ounces) containing non-alcoholic beverages are permitted inside the stadium. Alcohol, glass and aluminum are not permitted. If a guest brings these items into the stadium, they are subject to ejection.

BICYCLE PARKING

There are bicycle racks located outside Home Plate Plaza and Gates A & E. Bicycles should not be locked to the physical stadium gates.

BLEACHERS

Bleacher sections A-C, E-H are bench style and do not have a back rest.

CAMERAS & VIDEO EQUIPMENT

Point and shoot cameras are allowed inside Scottsdale Stadium; however, the equipment may not obstruct the view of others. Video cameras are not permitted into the stadium, and anyone found using one will have the video confiscated for pickup after the game from Guest Services. Tripods and high speed photography equipment are not permitted without proper media credentials. The Giants and City of Scottsdale reserve the right to ask any patron to put cameras away.

CASH-FREE FACILITY

Scottsdale Stadium is a cash-free facility. The Giants prefer Visa.

CHARRO LODGE

The Charro Lodge is located at the end of the right field line on the east berm. Subject to availability, tickets for the Charro Lodge are sold by the Scottsdale Charros at (480) 990-2977.

CONCESSIONS

Delaware North Company (DNC) manages the concessions stands inside Scottsdale Stadium - (480)994-5088.

DISABLED/ACCESSIBLE SEATING

Accessible seating options are available throughout the stadium in sections 101, 102, 103, 104, 105, 106, 119, 120, 121, 122, 129, and 130. ADA seats can be purchased online, over the phone at (415)972-2209, and at the Scottsdale Stadium Ticket Office (limited hours on non-game days).

ELEVATORS

Scottsdale Stadium has three elevators. The elevator at Home Plate Plaza provides access to the suites. The elevator in right field provides access to the upper concourse and Charro Lodge. The elevator in centerfield provides access to the berm, 75th St parking lot, and Gate A.

Fans are not required to show proof of a negative COVID-19 test or vaccination for entry to Scottsdale Stadium.

Face masks are not required at Scottsdale Stadium.

Fans are allowed free entry to the stadium through Home Plate Plaza during open practices and after the 7th inning stretch during all games!

There are four entrance gates at Scottsdale Stadium.

Home Plate Plaza - Home Plate, corner of Drinkwater Blvd and Osborn Rd

Gate A - Centerfield, facing 75th St

Gate E - Third Base side, along Drinkwater Blvd

Gate F - Left Field Corner, along Drinkwater Blvd

Gates open two hours prior to first pitch.

GIANTS DUGOUT STORE

The Giants Dugout Store at Scottsdale Stadium is located along the first base concourse off Osborn Rd. The Dugout Store can be accessed from the stadium's exterior and interior. On day gamedays, the exterior entrance is open from 10am until the 30 minutes prior to gates open. Once the gates open, the Dugout Store can only be accessed via the interior entrance, reserved for ticketed fans only. On non-gamedays, the Dugout Store is open 10am-2pm.

GUEST CONDUCT

The Giants and City of Scottsdale are dedicated to providing a high quality entertainment experience at Scottsdale Stadium. Guests interfering with a ball in play, using foul language, making obscene gestures, smoking, or appear to be in impaired condition will be ejected from the stadium. In addition, any guests entering the field of play or throwing objects in the stands or on the field will face arrest and prosecution. If someone is interfering with your enjoyment of the game, please contact the nearest staff member.

GUEST SERVICES

Guest Services is stationed on the concourse behind home plate for wheelchair requests, lost and found items, lost/found children and parents, and other services.

HOME PLATE PLAZA

Home Plate Plaza is located at the corner of Drinkwater Blvd and Osborn Rd and is the main gate/entrance for the stadium.

KIDS & SENIORS STROLL THE BASES

Kids 12 and under and seniors 65 and older can run/stroll the bases after all 1:05pm games. Meet in section 122 immediately after the game to partake in the fun!

LASER POINTERS

Laser pointers are not permitted inside the stadium.

LAWN CHAIRS

Lawn chairs are not permitted inside the stadium.

LAWN SEATING

Lawn seating is general admission for lawn ticket holders only. Blankets, towels, and stadium seats are permitted - lawn chairs are not. Fans are strongly encouraged to arrive early to secure a space on the lawn. Lawn ticket holders should enter at Gate F.

LOST CHILDREN & PARENTS

Lost children or parents should alert a Giants staff member or Scottsdale Police Officer or visit Guest Services behind home plate. Staff will remain with the reporting party until a reunion is made. Announcements of lost children will be made over the stadium PA system if necessary.

LOST & FOUND

During a game, lost and found items are managed by Guest Services behind home plate. Otherwise, call (480)990-7972 to leave a detailed description of the lost item with the time, date and location of where you think the item was left. Fans will be contacted only if a potential match is found.

MAGNETOMETERS

Magnetometers are located at all stadium gates to further ensure the safety of our guests. Please remove all metal objects from your person before walking through the magnetometers.

MERCHANDISE

Giants merchandise can be purchased at one of three novelty stands or the main Dugout Store. Novelty stands are located in centerfield near Gate A and along the third base concourse near Gates E and F. The main Dugout Store is located along the first base concourse.

MILITARY DISCOUNTS

Military Members receive 10% off tickets purchased at the Box Office, subject to availability. Must present valid ID.

The Osborn Rd parking lot is for Giants and City of Scottsdale personnel only.

RESERVED GRANDSTAND SEATING

Sections 300-316 are bench style, but do have a back rest.

RESTROOMS

There are six public restrooms at Scottsdale Stadium: first and third base concourses, left field corner next to the Lawn, right field corner near the practice field and in centerfield near the novelty stand. There is a family restroom on the main concourse along the first base side.

Personalized scoreboard messages are available at Scottsdale Stadium. Click here to order online.

SECTION DESIGNATIONS

Odd numbered sections are on the third base side and even numbered sections are located on the first base side of the stadium. Bleachers A-C are located along the first base foul line and Bleachers E-H are along the third base foul line.

SHADE

Limited shaded seating is available in sections 305-306 and 200-204. ADA seating is not available in the shade. Seats on the third base side look into the sun and seats on the first base side have the sun behind them.

SMOKING

Scottsdale Stadium is an entirely smoke-free facility. No smoking of any kind is permitted, including electronic cigarettes and vaporizers. Re-entry is not permitted.

STADIUM SEATS

Stadium seats are permitted inside the stadium.

STROLLERS

Strollers are permitted inside the stadium. Fold up strollers need to be stored under a seat or placed flat on the grass. Non-folding strollers need to be checked at Guest Services on the concourse behind home plate.

SUITES

Scottsdale Stadium has a limited number of suites available for rent on a per game basis. Please call (415)972-2298 for additional information about pricing and availability. The suites are located on the second floor accessible by elevator or stairs behind home plate.

SUN

Seats on the third base side look into the sun and seats on the first base side have the sun behind them.

With the exception of on-duty law enforcement personnel, weapons of any kind are not permitted inside the stadium.

WHEELCHAIR ESCORTS

Request a complimentary wheelchair escort from staff at the drop off zones to the seats. Reservations are not accepted, subject to availability. For a return wheelchair escort, please notify the nearest aisle attendant 15 minutes prior to your departure.

Will Call is located at the main ticket office at Home Plate Plaza. Will call opens two hours prior to game time.
