2023 Spring Training Rainout Policy

IMPACTED GAME(S): The March 15 game against the Chicago White Sox at Scottsdale Stadium was canceled due to inclement weather. Spring Training games will not be rescheduled.

Ticket Information

All tickets purchased directly from the Giants will be returned as an account credit that may be used for any of the remaining 2023 Spring Training games or 2024 Spring Training games at Scottsdale Stadium, subject to availability. Additional details on how to redeem the credit will be emailed to ticketholders.

Season Tickets

Season Ticket Members will automatically receive a credit on their account that can also be applied toward their 2024 renewal.

Single Game, Group and Suite Tickets

Tickets purchased directly through the Giants (Online, Phone, and Box Office) will be returned as an account credit that may be applied toward tickets for any of the remaining 2023 Spring Training games or 2024 Spring Training games at Scottsdale Stadium, subject to availability.

If you purchased your tickets from a third party, like StubHub or SeatGeek, please contact the ticket provider to understand their policies.
