Spring Training Rainout Policy

Information related to inclement weather, including game status changes, cancellations, or other adjustments, will be emailed to ticketholders as soon as possible.

Impacted Game(s)

Should any Spring Training games be canceled due to inclement weather, they will not be rescheduled.

Ticket Information

Tickets purchased directly from the Giants (single games, group tickets, suites) will be returned as account credit that may be used toward 2026 or 2027 Spring Training games at Scottsdale Stadium, subject to availability. Additional details on how to redeem the credit will be emailed to ticketholders who are impacted.

Season Tickets

Season Ticket Members will automatically receive account credit that will be applied toward their 2027 renewal.

Third Party Tickets

If you purchased your tickets from a third party, like StubHub or SeatGeek, please contact the ticket provider for their policies.
