NatsPass is available exclusively through the MLB Ballpark app. Follow these steps to purchase and set up your NatsPass:

  1. Click the green button to Purchase NatsPass
  2. Click the red button to Download the Ballpark App on your iPhone or Android
  3. Register your NatsPass in the Ballpark app
  4. Open the app, tap Tickets at the top of the Nationals section, select Manage Ticket Accounts, and log in using the email address you used to purchase your NatsPass

The first game included in the September NatsPass is the September 1 game against the Milwaukee Brewers. Postseason is not included in the September NatsPass.

NatsPass Entry and Locations

Enter Nationals Park at any gate simply by scanning your tickets from your mobile device. Tickets will be available in the Ballpark app starting 3 hours before first pitch.

NatsPass holders can enjoy the game from any of the twelve standing room areas around Nationals Park.

Auto-Renewal and Cancellation Policy

You agree that your NatsPass purchase will be on a month-to-month basis through August 31, 2018 (the "Program End Date") and that you will be charged $65.00 each month through the earlier of (1) the Program End Date, or (2) the effective date of your cancellation of your NatsPass. To cancel your NatsPass, you must notify Customer Service of such cancellation request by email to passoptout@nationals.com; provided, however, that you must notify Customer Service of such cancellation request on or before the 20th day of any calendar month in order to cancel your NatsPass effective as of the last day of the same calendar month. Any cancellation request made after the 20th day of a calendar month will result in cancellation of your NatsPass effective as of the last day of the following calendar month.

Device Information

Q: Which phones are supported?
A:
 The pass is supported by iPhones and Android phones. The MLB Ballpark app must also be downloaded in order to use NatsPass. Note - iOS requires iOS 8.0 and later. Android requires 4.0 and later

Q: Can I use an iPod touch?
A: No, we only support iPhones and Android phones, not iPods.

Q: Why do I need to use an iPhone or Android phone?
A: NatsPass is a mobile-only program integrated with the MLB Ballpark app. There are no printed tickets. Admission to Nationals Park will be managed through the app.

Q: Can I purchase the pass if I don't have an iPhone or Android phone?
A:
 Not at this time. You will be unable to enter Nationals Park.

Postponed Games

Q: What happens if a game is rained out?
A:
If a game is postponed, your ticket for that game through NatsPass will be valid for the rescheduled game only.

Post-Purchase Registration

Q: I bought my NatsPass, now what do I do?
A:
Follow the steps below.

STEP 1: Download the MLB Ballpark app
Download the MLB Ballpark app on your iPhone or Android phone, and create or log in with your MLB account. If you already have the app, be sure to download the latest version and keep updating throughout the season. CLICK HERE

STEP 2: Link your account
Register your NatsPass in the MLB Ballpark app to access your mobile barcodes.
Open the app on your phone
Tap Tickets at the top of the Nationals section
Select Manage Ticket Accounts
Log in using the email address you used to purchase

Entering Nationals Park

Q: How do I get into Nationals Park with my NatsPass?
A:
Your ticket for each game can be accessed exclusively through the MLB Ballpark app beginning four hours prior to each game. Download the MLB Ballpark app and create (or login to a pre-existing) MLB.com account using the same email address you used to purchase your NatsPass. This will provide you with a digital barcode that you can use to scan for admission into Nationals Park.

Q: Am I eligible to receive promotional giveaways with my NatsPass ticket?
A:
Yes! With your digital Standing Room ticket, you are able to enter Nationals Park as soon as the gates open, and receive a promotional giveaway item at the gate, provided you are eligible based on that giveaway's posted age and quantity restrictions.

Q: Where can I go with a Standing Room Ticket?
A:
NatsPass ticket holders have lots of great destinations available with their Standing Room ticket. In addition to specially marked standing areas on the Field and Pavilion levels, there are great gathering spaces and bars on every level of Nationals Park.

Exchanging Passes

Q: Can I sell my pass for games that I do not attend?
A:
No, passes are non-transferable and only available on the phone of the NatsPass purchaser.

Q: Can I share my pass with someone else?
A:
Passes cannot be shared. Admission to Nationals Park will be managed through the MLB Ballpark app on your mobile device.

Seat Upgrades

Q: How can I upgrade my seats?
A: To purchase Nationals seat upgrades, access the Ballpark app, click on the Upgrade Your Seat tile on the Ballpark page, and follow the instructions to select your new seat.

Q: When are seat upgrades available?
A: Fans can purchase seat upgrades beginning 2 hours before first pitch.

Q: How much does it cost to upgrade my seat?
A: The cost to upgrade your seats varies based on current seat location and upgrade seat location. You will be charged the difference between the new seat you are relocating to and the initial seat you purchased.

Auto-renewal of Passes

Q: How do I renew my NatsPass for the next month?
A:
When you purchase the
NatsPass you will be auto renewed each month. You will be charged $65.00 on a month by month basis during the 2018 regular season. Additional fees may be charged in the first month for which NatsPass is purchased. The charges will be processed for the months of April, May, June, July, August and September. The last scheduled charge will be processed in August, but your NatsPass will be valid through September 26.

Q: How do I opt out of renewing my NatsPass?

To cancel your NatsPass, you must notify Customer Service of such cancellation request by email to passoptout@nationals.com

Digital Ticket Barcode Images
Please note that the barcode area on the digital ticket does not automatically refresh. You can refresh the ticket on your screen with a simple down-swipe, or by tapping on the "Refresh" icon in the middle of the screen. This should refresh and populate the ticket's barcode, as long as it's within 3 hours of game time.

Ticket Forwarding:
While the MLB Ballpark app allows fans to forward tickets to other recipients,; the ticket forwarding function is not available for NatsPass holders.

Stadium Re-Entry:
NatsPass holders are not permitted to exit and then re-enter Nationals Park.
