Q: Which phones are supported?
A: The pass is supported by iPhones and Android phones.
- Supported Apple Devices (must be running iOS operating system version 11.0 or greater):
- iPhone 5s or newer
- iPod Touch 6th Generation
- Apple Devices that support iBeacon technology for participating clubs:
- iPhone 5s or newer
- iPod Touch 6th Generation
- Apple Devices that support Apple Pay technology for participating clubs:
- iPhone 6 or newer
- The MLB Ballpark app is supported on most Android Phones* and requires a minimum of Android OS 5.0 (varies by device).
*The Ballpark app is not supported on Android Tablets.
Q: Can I use an iPod touch?
A: Yes, iPod Touch 6th Generation
Q: Why do I need to use an iPhone or Android phone?
A: NatsPass is a mobile-only program integrated with the MLB Ballpark app. There are no printed tickets. Admission to Nationals Park will be managed through the app.
Q: Can I purchase the pass if I don't have an iPhone or Android phone?
A: Not at this time. You will be unable to enter Nationals Park.
Q: What happens if a game is rained out?
A: If a game is postponed, your ticket for that game through NatsPass will be valid for the rescheduled game only.
Q: I bought my NatsPass, now what do I do?
A: Follow the steps below.
STEP 1: Download the MLB Ballpark app
Download the MLB Ballpark app on your iPhone or Android phone, and create or log in with your MLB account. If you already have the app, be sure to download the latest version and keep updating throughout the season. CLICK HERE
STEP 2: Link your account
Register your NatsPass in the MLB Ballpark app to access your mobile barcodes.
Open the app on your phone
Tap Tickets at the top of the Nationals section
Select Manage Ticket Accounts
Log in using the email address you used to purchase
Entering Nationals Park
Q: How do I get into Nationals Park with my NatsPass?
A: Your ticket for each game can be accessed exclusively through the MLB Ballpark app beginning four hours prior to each game. Download the MLB Ballpark app and create (or login to a pre-existing) MLB.com account using the same email address you used to purchase your NatsPass. This will provide you with a digital barcode that you can use to scan for admission into Nationals Park.
Q: Am I eligible to receive promotional giveaways with my NatsPass ticket?
A: Yes! With your digital ticket, you are able to enter Nationals Park as soon as the gates open, and receive a promotional giveaway item at the gate, provided you are eligible based on that giveaway's posted age and quantity restrictions.
Q: Where can I go with a Standing Room Ticket?
A: NatsPass ticket holders have lots of great destinations available with their Standing Room ticket. In addition to specially marked standing areas on the Field and Pavilion levels, there are great gathering spaces and bars on every level of Nationals Park.
Q: Can I sell my pass for games that I do not attend?
A: No, passes are non-transferable and only available on the phone of the NatsPass purchaser.
Q: Can I share my pass with someone else?
A: Passes cannot be shared. Admission to Nationals Park will be managed through the MLB Ballpark app on your mobile device.
Q: Am I guaranteed a seat for all games with my NatsPass?
A: Fans who purchase the $125 NatsPass Gold will receive a guaranteed seat to every game and they will be upgraded to field-level seats for at least 3 games each month. Fans who purchase the $85 NatsPass Silver will receive a seat to selected games and a standing room ticket for remaining games. Fans who purchase the $65 NatsPass Classic will receive a standing room ticket to every game.
Q: How & when will I receive my ticket and seat location?
A: NatsPass tickets will be delivered digitally via the MLB Ballpark app. All fans with NatsPass will receive a ticket barcode in the Ballpark app starting 3 hours before first pitch. If you have NatsPass Gold or NatsPass Silver, you will receive a text alert with your seat location approximately 90 minutes prior to each game, after specific seat locations have been assigned within the MLB Ballpark app. You must have a compatible smartphone and accept text alerts to access your NatsPass tickets.
Q: Can I sit with another fan who purchased NatsPass?
A: Fans who purchase NatsPass Gold and NatsPass Silver will be able to sit with other fans who have the same NatsPass type. If you would like to sit with other NatsPass purchasers, you may link your NatsPass prior to receiving your tickets at the time noted. Simply tap the "Sit With Friends" button on the Ticket Management screen and enter your friend's email address. Linking is based on seating availability.
Q: Can I purchase guest tickets for certain games, in addition to the Pass tickets I already have?
A: Yes, you may purchase guest tickets for certain games based on availability. To purchase, simply tap Buy Guest Tickets in the Ticket Management view and complete the transaction. Guest tickets must be purchased prior to receiving your seats at the noted time. All tickets will be seated together, and pricing may change from game to game.
Q: What do I do if I need ADA seating?
A: Please visit Guest Services inside the ballpark behind section 103, 131 or 320 to receive an ADA location subject to availability.
Q: How can I upgrade my seats?
A: To purchase Nationals seat upgrades, access the Ballpark app, click on the Upgrade Your Seat tile on the Ballpark page, and follow the instructions to select your new seat.
Q: When are seat upgrades available?
A: Fans can purchase seat upgrades beginning 2 hours before first pitch.
Q: How much does it cost to upgrade my seat?
A: The cost to upgrade your seats varies based on current seat location and upgrade seat location. You will be charged the difference between the new seat you are relocating to and the initial seat you purchased.
Auto-renewal of Passes
Q: How do I renew my NatsPass for the next month?
A: When you purchase the NatsPass you will be auto renewed each month. You will be charged $65, $85, or $125 based on your NatsPass subscription level, on a month by month basis during the 2019 regular season. Additional fees may be charged in the first month for which NatsPass is purchased. The charges will be processed for the months of April, May, June, July, August and September. The last scheduled charge will be processed in August, but your NatsPass will be valid through September 29.
Q: How do I opt out of renewing my NatsPass?
A: To cancel your NatsPass, you must notify Customer Service of such cancellation request by email to firstname.lastname@example.org
Q: When can I opt out of my NatsPass?
A: You must notify Customer Service of such cancellation request on or before the 20th day of any calendar month in order to cancel your NatsPass effective as of the last day of the same calendar month. Any cancellation request made after the 20th day of a calendar month will result in cancellation of your NatsPass effective as of the last day of the following calendar month.
Digital Ticket Barcode Images
Please note that the barcode area on the digital ticket does not automatically refresh. You can refresh the ticket on your screen with a simple down-swipe, or by tapping on the "Refresh" icon in the middle of the screen. This should refresh and populate the ticket's barcode, as long as it's within 3 hours of game time.
While the MLB Ballpark app allows fans to forward tickets to other recipients, the ticket forwarding function is not available for NatsPass holders.
NatsPass holders are not permitted to exit and then re-enter Nationals Park.

You agree that your NatsPass purchase will be on a month-to-month basis through August 31, 2019 (the "Program End Date") and that you will be charged $65, $85, or $125 based on your NatsPass subscription level, each month through the earlier of (1) the Program End Date, or (2) the effective date of your cancellation of your NatsPass. To cancel your NatsPass, you must notify Customer Service of such cancellation request by email to email@example.com; provided, however, that you must notify Customer Service of such cancellation request on or before the 20th day of any calendar month in order to cancel your NatsPass effective as of the last day of the same calendar month. Any cancellation request made after the 20th day of a calendar month will result in cancellation of your NatsPass effective as of the last day of the following calendar month.
