- 20,000 fans will receive a Homestead Grays Jersey Presented by AARP
- Annual Negro Leagues Legacy Panel led by Dr. Denise Rolark-Barnesk, publisher and second-generation owner of the Washington Informer. The panel is open to all fans in attendance and will take place in the Kennedy Conference Room behind section 202 from 5:15 p.m. to 6:15 p.m. Panelists include:
- Doug Foster – Great Nephew of Andrew “Rube” Foster, Founder of the Negro National Baseball League and Grandson of William (Bill) Hendrick Foster, a Hall of Fame Negro Leagues pitcher and known as being the greatest left-handed pitcher in the Negro Leagues
- Bob Luke – Author of six books about the Negro Leagues, including several biographies and the history of how the Orioles became an integrated team
- Jamall McKay – League Director of Banneker City Little League and Head Coach of Howard University’s Club Baseball team
- On-field ceremony featuring Negro Leagues alumni, Nationals alumni and current players and coaches
- Pregame ceremony showcasing the legacy of African Americans in baseball, featuring former Negro League players, current Nationals players and coaches, high school athletes and participants from the Youth Baseball Academy and youth softball programs
- Ceremonial first pitch by Bob Kendrick, President of the Negro Leagues Baseball Museum
- National Anthem and Lift Every Voice and Sing by Michele Fowlin
- Negro Leagues content on the videoboard
