Ticketing Update for Monday, Dec. 29: Winter Wonderfest at Nationals Park
Due to extreme winds and damaging wind gusts, Winter Wonderfest at Nationals Park will not be held as scheduled today, Dec. 29. The safety of our guests and staff is our top priority, and these conditions prohibit us from being able to proceed as planned.
Tickets and parking passes from Winter Wonderfest at Nationals Park for Dec. 29 can be exchanged online for access to tomorrow's event on Tuesday, Dec. 30. Group or Suite ticket holders are asked to contact their Nationals sales representative for exchange instructions.
If you cannot make it to Winter Wonderfest tomorrow night and would like a refund, please email Events@Nationals.com with your name, order number and the email address used for purchase. Refunds may be requested until Jan. 18, 2026.
Ticketing Update for Sunday, Dec. 14: Winter Wonderfest at Nationals Park
Due to the anticipated extremely cold temperatures, Winter Wonderfest at Nationals Park will not be held as scheduled on Sunday, Dec. 14. The safety of our guests and staff is our top priority, and these forecasted conditions prohibit us from being able to proceed as planned.
Tickets and parking passes from Winter Wonderfest at Nationals Park for December 14 can be exchanged online for access to another night in 2025, including Friday and Saturday, Dec. 12 and 13, based on availability. Group or Suite ticket holders are asked to contact their Nationals sales representative for exchange instructions.

How to your exchange your Winter Wonderfest at Nationals Park tickets:
Step 1: Log into Your My Nationals Tickets Account (Use same login that you use for the MLB Ballpark App)
Step 2: Once logged in, select Exchange from the Menu Options dropdown at the top right of your screen.
Step 3: Click on the affected event to exchange into a new date.
Step 4: Select the tickets that you want to move to the new date and click Continue
Step 5: Click Find Eligible Events
Step 6: Select the new date of the Wonderfest event you want to attend
Step 7: Click Done and select your entry time from the available Time Slots.

Step 9: Verify your order. If you need to make any changes, please select Edit to choose a different date or time.
Step 10: Once you verified the order, agree to the terms and conditions below and Place Order to checkout.
