Birdland Member Clubhouse Access Update

Starting March 30th, 2024, Birdland Members will experience a new, streamlined way to access the exclusive Birdland Member Clubhouse. Located on the Club Level at Oriole Park, this members-only area offers a climate-controlled space to relax and enjoy the game on our HDTV wall.

New Access Policy for the 2024 Season

In response to overwhelming demand, we're excited to introduce a new access policy. Entry to the Birdland Member Clubhouse on game days will now be even smoother, requiring a game-specific Access Pass. These complimentary passes can be claimed each game day morning (10:00 a.m. EST) through your Birdland Rewards account, ensuring all Birdland Members have the opportunity to enjoy this exclusive space.

The Clubhouse will be open from the time gates open until two (2) hours after the scheduled first pitch, with complimentary water, soda, and popcorn available at all regular season home games starting Saturday, March 30.

Club Level Access

Club Level access is exclusive to Club Level ticket holders and Birdland Members with an Access Pass. To ensure a comfortable experience, Birdland Members will need to show their Access Pass for entry to the Club Level.

Early Access for Diamond & Black Level Members

Diamond & Black Level Birdland Members will enjoy early access starting on Opening Day, March 28th, by claiming an Access Pass at 10:00 a.m. EST. Please note, Opening Day will focus exclusively on the game experience, with our regular complimentary offerings available from March 30.

We encourage members to check their Birdland Rewards account at the start of the 1st inning for additional

pass opportunities. Throughout the season, we'll adjust the experience as needed, ensuring the best for our members. For some select, high-demand games, Access Passes may require Birdland Rewards points.

How to Access the Birdland Member Clubhouse:

Please note that access to Birdland Rewards through the MLB Ballpark app will begin closer to Opening Day.

Step 1: Log into your Birdland Rewards account at 10:00 a.m. the morning of your desired game. One (1) pass is needed per person. Please note, this benefit is non-transferrable, and the account holder must be present for access.

Step 2: Show your Access Pass at the entrance to the Club Level. Claimed passes will appear in the ‘Wallet’ tab of your Birdland Rewards account. We recommend using the escalator located near Gate C by the Kids Corner for closest access.

Step 3: Have your Access Pass ready at the entrance of the Birdland Member Clubhouse to be scanned. Stay as long as you’d like, however please note that once you leave there is no re-entry.

How to Claim a Birdland Member Clubhouse Access Pass:

Step 1: Log into your Birdland Rewards account through the MLB Ballpark app. Your Birdland Rewards account password is the same as your My Orioles Ticket account. On first login you will need to confirm your personal information and accept the terms & conditions. Once that is done, you will not be prompted to log in again for the rest of the season.

Step 2: Scroll down on the home page to ‘Featured Rewards’ and you will see ‘Birdland Member Clubhouse Access Pass’ with the game date. Click ‘Book Now’.

Step 3: Adjust the number of redemptions to the number of people in your party. There is a limit of four (4) per account. Then click ‘Book Now’ again and then ‘Confirm’.

Step 4: You will get a ‘Purchase Successful!’ page and then will want to click ‘Wallet’ to see your Access Passes.

Step 5: A confirmation email will be sent to you as well.

How to View your Birdland Member Clubhouse Access Pass:

Step 1: Log into the MLB Ballpark app and go to the ‘Teams’ tab. Choose Baltimore Oriole (this may have already been selected).

Step 2: Scroll down to ‘Birdland Rewards’ and click to login.

Step 3: Click the ‘Wallet’ icon in the upper right-hand corner of your account. Any redeemed passes will be show under the ‘My Rewards’ banner.

Birdland Member Clubhouse FAQs:

What is the Birdland Member Clubhouse?

The Birdland Membership Clubhouse is an exclusive members-only area located on the Club Level at Oriole Park. Enjoy the area to cool off with a beverage and snack, enjoy the private cash bar, and watch the game on the TV wall.

When is the Birdland Member Clubhouse Open?

The Birdland Member Clubhouse is open from the time gates open until two (2) hours after the scheduled first pitch for those members with an access pass for the game.

What is a Birdland Member Clubhouse Access Pass?

A Birdland Member Clubhouse Access Pass is good for a one-time visit to the Birdland Member Clubhouse for the game it is claimed. Your access pass will need to be shown at the entrance of the Club Level and will be scanned upon entry into the Birdland Member Clubhouse. Once you leave the clubhouse there is no re-entry allowed in order to control capacity.

Access passes for most games will be complimentary. For some select games, passes will cost Birdland Rewards points.

Because of demand and space limitations, there may be times where Birdland Members may need to wait before entering the Birdland Member Clubhouse even if you have redeemed for an Access Pass

How do I claim a Birdland Member Clubhouse Access Pass?

To claim a Birdland Member Clubhouse Access Pass log into your Birdland Rewards account through the MLB Ballpark app. Passes will be available on a first-come, first-served basis each regular season home game at 10:00 a.m.

In order to allow access to as many Birdland Members as possible each game, there will be a limit of 4 passes per account. Limitations may change from game to game depending on demand.

Who needs a Birdland Member Clubhouse Access Pass to enter?

All Birdland Members need an access pass to enter the Club Level and Birdland Member Clubhouse for each game regardless of their Membership Level. The only exception is children ages 2 and under do not need a pass.

Each Access Pass is valid for one (1) person.

What if I don’t have a Birdland Member Clubhouse Access Pass?

If you do not have a Birdland Member Clubhouse Access Pass then you will not be permitted entry into the Club Level or Birdland Member Clubhouse.

Passes are available on a first-come, first-served each home game at 10:00 a.m. through your Birdland Rewards account.

What happens if I claim a Birdland Member Clubhouse Access Pass, but don’t use it?

We encourage Birdland Members to only claim an Access Pass if they are certain they will be visiting the Birdland Member Clubhouse that game. If an Access Pass goes unused it will expire from your Birdland Rewards account two (2) hours after the scheduled first pitch. Access Passes can only be used for the game they are redeemed for and cannot be transferred to another game.
