Renew your Birdland Membership by Thursday, December 7, 2023, for access to Opening Day tickets. To renew your plan for 2024, please follow these steps:

1. Log into your My Orioles Ticket account.
2. Click on the ‘Renew/Make Payments’ tab.
3. Select your Payment Option (Pay in Full or Payment Plan).
4. Make payment and checkout.

There have been some updates to the flexible exchange policy for the 2024 season. While we still will offer flexible options for members looking to exchange their tickets, we recommend that Members looking for ultimate flexibility purchase a Flex Membership which allows you to select your own games as you go! Please review the following policy and let us know if you have any questions.

All Birdland Members may exchange tickets in their plan on a dollar-for-dollar basis for another game within the 2024 regular season up until 24 business hours prior to the game that is being returned. An exchange date is required for every exchange and tickets cannot be returned for credit. There is a limit of 14 exchanged tickets per game. Tickets are not eligible to be exchanged into a group (15 or more tickets), suite, or pregame party purchase. Ticket exchanges must be completed online in your My Orioles Ticket account. No more than 50% of your original plan may be exchanged.
