Birdland Members - What to know for the 2023 season!

We are excited to welcome you back to Oriole Park at Camden Yards for the 2023 season! We’ve updated the Birdland Membership A-to-Z Guide for you to use as a resource throughout the year. As you prepare for your first game here are the highlights on what you should know:
Start Customizing Your Plan
Reserved Members now have access to exchange tickets in their plan on a dollar-for-dollar basis for another game. Learn more. Parking passes may be exchanged online subject to availability.
Flex Members now have access to select the games and seats that work best for their schedule. Learn more.
Prepare your MLB Ballpark app
If you haven’t already, please download the MLB Ballpark app to access your tickets for the season. Step by step instructions can be found at orioles.com/digitaltickets.
In the MLB Ballpark app, you will have access to a digital membership card which you will show throughout the ballpark for access to the Birdland Members Clubhouse and your discount on concessions & merchandise. More details on accessing your concessions and merchandise discount will be available next week.
Receive a Complimentary Stadium Approved Clear Bag
All 2023 Birdland Members will receive one (1) complimentary stadium approved clear bag per account to use at games throughout the season. Bags may be picked up during a home game starting on Saturday, April 8th. Pickup will be in the Birdland Rewards Center from the time gates open until 2 hours after the scheduled first pitch.
Visit the Birdland Member Clubhouse
Starting on Saturday, April 8th all Birdland Members will have access to the Birdland Member Clubhouse! This is your exclusive space to relax within the climate-controlled Club Level at Oriole Park and watch the game on the HDTV wall. Additional details to follow next week regarding access and complimentary offerings.
While all complimentary offers begin on Saturday, April 8th, the space will be accessible to Club Level Birdland Members on Opening Day, Thursday, April 6th. Due to Club Level capacity limits, non-Club Level ticket holders will not have access to the Club Level or Birdland Member Clubhouse on Thursday, April 6th.
Start Planning your Birdland Rewards
Every Birdland Membership comes with exclusive access to Birdland Rewards. You can start browsing and planning your Birdland Rewards now at orioles.com/rewards. On Tuesday, April 18th the redemption process will be live for you to start spending your points and claiming your rewards. If you have questions about rewards, please feel free to stop by on gamedays at our Birdland Rewards Center located in the 323 W Camden Lobby of the warehouse next to Gate H. You must enter the ballpark with a valid ticket before accessing this area.
