Membership Support and 2021 Season Reminders

As we approach the final month of the 2021 season, we want to thank you for your tremendous support this year.

Before we start the month of September, we have a few membership reminders that you can take action on before the end of the 2021 season.

  1. We are making a few changes to Account Manager for the rest of 2021. Starting on Sunday, August 29, you will no longer be able to return your tickets for Exchange Credit and complete exchanges online through Account Manager. You will still have the ability to use your current credit and purchase tickets at your discounted rate online, but please contact us to help you process September exchanges. Your Personal Account Representative and/or the Member Services Team will be available to help facilitate any exchanges you might need during this time.
  2. There is a limited supply of the 2021 Orioles Giveaway Package remaining, so order today. This exclusive opportunity for Birdland Members will end September 30 or until supply runs out.
  3. Don't forget about the $1 Replay program! With 9 eligible dates in September, turn your unused tickets into more fun at the ballpark. All Value and Classic dates are eligible (orange and red on the calendar).
  4. If you have not used your 2021 Birdland Rewards points, visit rewards.orioles.com to check out what's available now. If you have yet to pick up your items, stop by the Orioles Sales Center located on the lower concourse behind section 72 before the end of the season.
