Andrew Heston, Manager, Ticket Operations & Services, Phillies

Andrew Heston's many responsibilities include overseeing employee training on the Phillies ticketing system, managing customer issues at the ticket windows and mobile ticketing. Andrew is also one of the key leaders to have worked with MLB on the transition to complete mobile ticketing.
In addition, Andrew is the liaison between MLB and the Phillies when it comes to ticket-related information of updates within the MLB Ballpark app, responsible for ensuring smooth integration.
During the 2023 season, he was also part of the team that assisted with the pilot program of MLB’s Go-Ahead Entry, a free-flow facial authentication technology, resulting in a fast, hands-free, eyes-up entry into the ballpark for fans. At the start of 2024, Andrew was again part of the project team responsible for expanding this new technology to four three main gates at Citizens Bank Park, with the Phillies being only one of four teams to do so.
Prior to being manager of ticket operations and services, Andrew managed the printing and distribution of all tickets ordered, a position which he held from 2008 until 2016.
