What is the difference between a Phillies Theme Night and a Phillies promotion?

Phillies Theme Nights are special ticket offers for select games throughout the season that provide fans with similar interests, an opportunity to enjoy a game together at Citizens Bank Park. To receive exclusive Theme Night elements such as ticket discounts or exclusive limited-quantity item, fans MUST purchase Theme Night tickets. In addition to exclusive elements for Theme Night ticket purchasers, a Theme Night may also include some ballpark-wide entertainment, which can be enjoyed by all fans.

Phillies promotions do not require a special ticket purchase. Phillies promotions are ballpark-wide events and giveaways that are listed on the schedule. Most events are open to all fans (some with limited availability), and giveaway items are distributed to every patron who enters Citizens Bank Park, as long as they meet certain criteria (e.g. children 14 and under, women 15 and over, etc.).

Can anyone purchase a Theme Night ticket? If so, how?

I’m a Season Ticket Holder. Do my tickets include the Theme Night items?

Season ticket plans do not include any Theme Night items. Please note, Theme Night ticket packages are separate from both full and partial season ticket plans however, Season Ticket Holders are welcome to purchase Theme Night tickets via the methods described above. Season Ticket Holders may contact The Phillies Sales Office at 215-463-1000 with any further questions or concerns.

Do all Theme Nights have an exclusive item? If not, what other elements are included with the event?

Each Theme Night is unique, and not all Theme Nights include an item. Some Theme Nights consist of a special ticket discount, fundraising opportunity, or pre-game event.

Is everyone who purchases a Theme Night ticket eligible to receive the exclusive item?

Yes, if you have successfully purchased a Theme Night ticket you will see a Theme Night Voucher in your MLB Ballpark App which is separate from your game ticket. Please note, Theme Night items are limited to a pre-determined number of purchasers which varies by event, and they sometimes sell out. If an item has sold out, there will be a "sold out" message on the Theme Night webpage. If you purchase by phone, the Phillies representative will clarify the status of the item.

To obtain the exclusive item, Theme Night ticket(s) must be purchased directly from the applicable theme night link or through expressly stating your interest at the time of purchase through a Ticket Services representative at 215-463-1000. Third-party purchases will not include the item, and theme nights are not a ballpark-wide promotion.

How do I know if I correctly purchased a Theme Night ticket and will receive the exclusive item?

If you have successfully purchased a Theme Night ticket which includes an item, you will see a Theme Night Voucher in your MLB Ballpark App which is separate from your game ticket. This voucher must be presented on your smartphone on the game day in order to receive the item.

How can I pick up my Theme Night item?

Fans whose purchase includes an item will receive a voucher via mobile delivery that must be redeemed on game day by the end of the 3rd inning. Unless told otherwise, you can pick up your item at the Theme Night redemption kiosk, which is located at The Break behind Sections 210/211. To access this area, fans can use the elevators behind section 112, the ramps on the First Base side, or use the escalator behind section 114.

Can I exchange my game tickets for a Theme Night ticket for the same game?

Unfortunately, regular game tickets cannot be exchanged for Theme Night tickets. In order to participate in a Theme Night’s exclusive item or activity, you must purchase a Theme Night ticket. If the Theme Night includes an item, a valid Theme Night voucher is required to receive the item.

I was unable to pick up my Theme Night item by the 3rd inning of the game. How do I retrieve it?

Theme Night items are not guaranteed if not picked up by the end of the 3rd inning of the game. If you are unable pick up the item by then, please call The Phillies Sales Office at 215-463-1000 or e-mail grouptickets@phillies.com after the game date. Once a Sales Representative verifies eligibility, if supply allows, we will arrange for you to pick up the item. We are unable to mail the item.

If I can’t make the game, am I able to collect my item?

Theme Night items are not guaranteed if not picked up on the day of the game. You can call the Phillies Sales Office at 215-463-1000 or email grouptickets@phillies.com after the game date. Once a Sales Representative verifies eligibility, if supply allows, we will arrange for you to pick up the item. We are unable to mail the item.

If I have multiple Theme Night game tickets and vouchers, can I pick up the items for other members of my group?

Yes, as long as the number of items you are picking up matches the number of vouchers you have in your possession.

What happens if I lost or broke my Theme Night item?

Unfortunately, the Phillies cannot replace any lost or broken items after the item leaves the redemption kiosk.
