NEW YORK -- The Yankees unveiled the highlights of their 2023 Yankee Stadium concessions on Wednesday.

What's coming to the ballpark this season? The Yankees' menu features everything from all-new Yankee Stadium exclusives like the Aaron Judge-themed "99 Burger" to signature food from celebrity chefs like Bobby Flay, Marcus Samuelsson, Eric Greenspan and Bronx native Christian Petroni.

Among the Yankees' new food partners for 2023 are New York classics Fuku and Mac Truck, plus Petroni and his cheesy garlic bread.

"I grew up 15 minutes from the stadium, first-generation Italian," Petroni said. "Coming to Yankee games is truly part of our DNA. To be here now … when I got the call from the Yankees -- they go, 'Man, we need the bread' -- I still can't believe it. I'm really proud of it."

NYC favorites that are back at the stadium again this season include Streetbird from Samuelsson and Bobby's Burgers from Flay, as well as Lobel’s, Mighty Quinn's, Chickie's & Pete's, City Winery, The Halal Guys, Sumo Dog, Benihana, Oatly and Wings of New York.

"I came to New York when the Yankees were winning all those incredible World Series. So you want to be part of the fabric of the city," Samuelsson said. "Look at the diversity of food here -- it reflects New York City. It reflects the Bronx."

NEW AT YANKEE STADIUM IN 2023

Fuku (section 213)

• O.G. Spicy Chicken Sando -- The fried chicken sandwich from chef David Chang includes crispy habanero-brined chicken breast, Fuku mayo and pickles on a potato roll
• Tenders and Waffle Fries -- Get chicken tenders and sweet jalapeno waffle fries with a side of honey mustard or ranch

Mac Truck (section 223)

• Classic Mac & Cheese -- Elbow macaroni and cheddar cheese brought to you by Dom Tesoriero's NYC food truck
• Buffalo Chicken Mac & Cheese -- Classic mac with crispy chicken and buffalo sauce
• Mexican Street Mac -- Classic mac with charred corn pico de gallo and crushed tortilla chips

Chef Christian Petroni (sections 125 and 310)

• Cheesy Garlic Bread -- Seeded Bronx bastone bread, mozzarella, Pecorino Romano and Parmigiano Reggiano cheese and Sicilian oregano -- cupped pepperoni optional. Served with an eight-hour marinara sauce

The cheesy garlic bread is the creation of Food Network star Petroni, who grew up a Yankees fan in the Bronx.

"My garlic bread, the bastone is a semolina bastone -- hyper-local to the boroughs. It's a very New York thing," Petroni said. "I've been buying from the same baker since I was 17 years old. The bread itself is just so lovely. It's unique. And we really go for it. We're doing garlic bread? We're gonna make a garlic butter that's gonna knock your socks off."

YANKEE STADIUM EXCLUSIVES

99 Burger (section 223)

Like Judge, the 99 Burger is the star of the show: two four-ounce American Wagyu beef patties, Greenspan's New School American cheese, caramelized onions, dill pickles and secret sauce on a brioche bun.

The Yankees will only sell 99 of these burgers at every game.

Bronx Burrito / Veggie Bronx Burrito (section 311)

A beef barbacoa burrito with rice and beans, cheddar cheese, salsa verde and chipotle mayo in a flour tortilla, also served with your choice of Melinda's hot sauce packets.

A vegetarian version of the Bronx burrito is also available, made with fried sweet plantains.

Pork and broccoli rabe cheesesteak / Chopped crispy chicken and jalapeno bacon ranch cheesesteak (section 107)

Get your choice of cheesesteak on a Bronx-baked hero -- either pork shoulder, marinated broccoli rabe and sharp provolone, or chopped crispy chicken, pickled jalapeno, smoked bacon, American cheese and buttermilk ranch.

Drinks

• Prickly pear margarita (section 318) -- Made with Hornitos tequila, prickly pear juice, simple syrup and lime
• Cutwater vodka mule (Yankee Stadium "Grab & Go" locations) -- From the popular canned cocktail brand, this vodka mule has ginger, a splash of bitters and a hint of lime

RETURNING TO THE YANKEE STADIUM MENU

Streetbird (section 112) -- There's a trio of fried chicken options from the Harlem-based chef Samuelsson.

• The Hot Bird Sandwich -- Fried chicken breast, spicy chica shake, slaw and house-made pickles
• Big Fly Chicken and Waffle -- Chicken with hot honey, a cornbread waffle and house-made pickles
• M's Crispy Chicken Fingers -- Served with your choice of spicy chica, BBQ sauce or hot honey

"Some of my favorite memories of spring and summer are coming here with my son -- and not just enjoying the game, but taking in the whole experience. So seeing my Streetbird fried chicken at Yankee Stadium is absolutely amazing," Samuelsson said. "I've been cooking all over the world, but this is something that hit the heart. For me, the Yankees in spring and summer -- that's New York City."

Bobby's Burgers (section 132) -- Flay's burger joint at Yankee Stadium includes four signature burgers -- including one new menu item for 2023 -- plus a veggie burger option.

• Bobby Blue + Bacon -- The new burger this season is served with blue cheese, lettuce, tomato and bacon

City Winery (section 105) -- There'll be a new City Winery burger on the menu at Yankees games this season, in addition to the returning burrata burger and rotisserie chicken

• City Winery Burger -- New for 2023, this is a custom-blend burger with red wine caramelized onions, garlic herb cheese spread and baby arugula on a toasted brioche bun
