Busch Stadium III Seats
Own a piece of Busch Stadium history! For the first time, a limited number of pairs of seats from Busch Stadium III are available for purchase. These seats were the original installed seats and were used during the 2006 & 2011 World Series Championship and the 2013 National League Championship.
All seats pairs are authenticated with the MLB hologram. Standard seat pairs come with the standard arms and mounting brackets with instructions for mounting bracket installation. Only 250 pairs of standard seats are available.
Seats can be purchased at Cardinals Authentics in Ford Plaza on game days and 7 days a week in Ballpark Village.
Warranty Disclaimer
Buyer acknowledges that the Cardinals have agreed to deliver the Memorabilia Seats as authentic sports memorabilia only. Buyer further acknowledges that the Cardinals have no obligations whatsoever to repair, replace or service the Memorabilia Seats in any manner or to provide Buyer with any future upgrades to the Memorabilia Seats, if any. Buyer is solely responsible for the use of Memorabilia Seats in any manner, including use of the Memorabilia as functional seating. Accordingly, Buyer agrees to indemnify, defend and hold the Cardinals harmless from and against and third-party claims arising out of or relating to the use of the Memorabilia Seats as furniture or any other use.
THE MEMORABILIA SEATS ARE PROVIDE TO THE BUYER ON AN "AS IS" BASIS, SOLELY UNDER THE USE AND DIRECTION OF THE BUYER, WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND (EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED), INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A SPECIFIC OR GENERAL PURPOSE AND THOSE ARISING BY STATUTE OR BY LAW, OR FROM A CAUSE OF DEALING OR USAGE OF TRADE.
Limitation of Liability
IN NO EVENT, REGARDLESS OF CAUSE, SHALL THE CARDINALS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER ARISING UNDER BREACH OF CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), STRICT LIABILITY OR OTHERWISE, AND WHETHER BASED ON THIS AGREEMENT OR OTHERWISE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. IN NO EVENT SHALL THE CARDINALS BE LIABLE TO THE BUYER, WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT OR ANY OTHER THEORY, FOR ANY DAMAGES, LOSS OR CLAIMS ("CLAIM") IN EXCESS OF THE PURCHASE PRICE OF THE MEMORABILIA SEATS. BUYER ACKNOWLEDGES THAT BUYER'S SOLE REMEDY FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL BE A REFUND OF THE PURCHASE PRICE.
