What is an Autograph Ticket?
An Autograph Ticket provides fans the opportunity to obtain an autograph from current & former players, coaches, broadcasters, and front office leadership. Some Autograph Tickets must be purchased via a donation to Cardinals Care.
What is a Photo Ticket?
A Photo Ticket provides fans the opportunity to take a photograph with a Cardinals player or alumnus. Photo Tickets must be purchased via a donation to Cardinals Care. Please note a Photo Ticket is for a souvenir photograph ONLY. No autographs will be signed.
Why is a donation required for some Autograph Tickets and for all Photo Tickets?
WWU is the unofficial kick-off to the 2026 baseball season and a fundraiser for Cardinals Care, the charitable foundation of the St. Louis Cardinals. All proceeds benefit Cardinals Care initiatives that support children in the community including the Redbird Rookies and Cardinals Nike RBI youth baseball/softball programs, the Cardinals Care Youth Ball Field Program, and charitable grants for youth-serving nonprofit organizations.
When do Autograph and Photo Tickets go on sale?
Autograph and Photo Tickets will go on sale the week of December 15. Check cardinals.com/wwu often for the latest autograph and photo schedules and information on Autograph and Photo Ticket availability. Free Autograph Tickets will be available the week of January 5.
Where do I purchase Autograph and Photo Tickets?
Autograph and Photo Tickets can be purchased at cardinals.com/wwu or at the Cardinals Box Office during regular business hours . All Autograph and Photo Tickets will be delivered electronically via the MLB Ballpark app. Autograph and Photo Tickets can be purchased until a session is sold out or no later than ten (10) minutes before a session ends. Please note, both an Admission Ticket and an Autograph/Photo Ticket are required to access autograph or photo locations.

- Closed: November 27 and 28
- Closed: December 22 - January 1
How do I access Autograph and Photo Tickets once they have been purchased?
Download the MLB Ballpark app to your mobile device to access your Autograph and/or Photo Ticket(s). The MLB Ballpark app must be connected to the email address provided when purchasing the tickets.
Are there limits on the number of Autograph and Photo Tickets a fan can purchase?
Yes, Autograph and Photo Ticket limits are placed on specific players/alumni to provide opportunity for more fans. Please refer to the Autograph and Photo Schedule starting in mid-December.
How much do Autograph and Photo Tickets cost?
Donation amounts vary from player to player. Please refer to the Autograph and Photo Schedule starting in mid-December.
Will Free Autograph Tickets be available?
Yes. Free Autograph Tickets will be available on a first-come, first-served basis, with a limit of one free ticket per order. Free Autograph Tickets will be available the week of January 5.
Where do I order Free Autograph Tickets?
Free Autograph Tickets can only be ordered at cardinals.com/wwu. Please note, both an Admission Ticket and an Autograph/Photo Ticket are required to access autograph or photo locations.
How do I access Free Autograph Tickets once they have been ordered?
Download the MLB Ballpark app to your mobile device to access your Free Autograph Ticket. The MLB Ballpark app must be connected to the email address you provided when purchasing the tickets.
What items can I bring to get signed?
Most signers will sign items including, but not limited to, baseballs, photos, posters, bats, gloves, jerseys, seatbacks, hats, helmets and bases. Please note that it is up to each signer as to what he will or will not sign.
How many items can I bring to get signed?
Autographs are limited to one item per Autograph Ticket.
Can I take photos with those signing?
Due to the time restrictions and number of fans who have Autograph Tickets, posed photos with those signing are prohibited.
How do I know the day and time that the Autograph Ticket and/or Photo Ticket is taking place?
Please refer to the Autograph Schedule starting in mid-December.
When should I line up for my Autograph/Photo Opportunity?
Autograph/Photo Tickets will include a line number. You should arrive at the designated location when your number is announced. Fans will not be permitted to line up early for autograph/photo opportunities.
How long do most autograph signings or photos last?
The majority of autograph signings are on one day for one or two straight hours. Photo stations will be for one hour.
Are Autograph/Photo Tickets transferable?
Yes, see MLB Ballpark app for information on how to transfer tickets.
What if I miss a signing/photo time?
All tickets are non-refundable. The ticket holder must be present at the designated autograph/photo time to receive an autograph/photo. If the signing/photo time is missed, the opportunity is lost.
What if I have autograph/photo tickets for individuals signing/posing for photos during the same time frame?
Please see a volunteer for assistance in coordinating all of your autographs/photo tickets.
