What is the Cardinals Care Winter Warm-Up (WWU)?
The Cardinals Care Winter Warm-Up is the annual fan fest that is hosted by and raises funds for Cardinals Care, the charitable arm of the St. Louis Cardinals. Winter Warm-Up features access to past, present and future Cardinals players, coaches, broadcasters and front office personnel through Main Stage interviews, Q&A sessions, autograph and photo stations. Family friendly activities such as a tour of the Cardinals Clubhouse and a visit to the world-class Cardinals Hall of Fame and Museum are also included in the Winter Warm-Up experience. The event also features access to exclusive auction items, the Cardinals Care Store, kids' activities, photo opportunities, and an exhibit hall full of sports memorabilia treasures and family-friendly activities.
When is the 2026 Cardinals Care Winter Warm-Up (WWU)?
- Saturday, January 17, 9 am – 5 pm

- Gate 4 at Busch Stadium will open at 8:45 AM
Is the WWU a fundraiser?
Yes. Funds raised during the Winter Warm-Up benefit the team’s foundation Cardinals Care in its mission of caring for kids.

How do I obtain a refund?
All Admission, Autograph and Photo Ticket sales are final. If the Winter Warm-Up is canceled for any reason, refunds will automatically be issued to the credit card used at time of purchase.
Refunds will also be automatically issued for Autograph and Photo Tickets purchased for any individual whose session is canceled for any reason.
Admission Tickets
Is a ticket required for entry? Yes. A ticket is required for entry into Busch Stadium and to the Autograph Station in Cardinals Nation only. Ballpark Village will be open to the public.
When do Admission Tickets go on sale?
Two-Day Admission Tickets go on sale on Friday, November 28.
How much do Admission Tickets cost?
Two-Day tickets cost $52 ($50 Admission Ticket plus $2 processing fee) for adults (fans age 16 and older) & $27 ($25 Admission Ticket plus $2 processing fee) for children (fans age 4 to 15). Children under 4 are free.
Active, reserved or retired military members and first responders with a valid military/first responder ID can visit the Busch Stadium ticket windows on 8th Street (next to Gate 3) on the day of the event they wish to attend to receive one (1) complimentary Admission Ticket.
Tickets are available while supplies last. Advance complimentary Admission Tickets are not available.
What is included in the Admission Tickets?
Admission Tickets include access to the Cardinals Care Store, Exhibit Hall, Home Clubhouse Tour, Presentation Room, Kids Activities, Autograph Stations, and Photo Stations (additional autograph and photo ticket required) in Busch Stadium. Ballpark Village will be open to the public and will feature interviews and Q&A’s from the Main Stage (Admission Ticket holders will have complimentary access to reserved seating at the Main Stage by showing their WWU ticket or wristband), the Cardinals Hall of Fame and Museum, Cardinals Care Auctions, 20% Discount at Cardinals Nation Restaurant, and Autograph Stations in the Hall of Fame Club on the 2nd floor of Cardinals Nation. Autograph Stations require a separate Autograph Ticket.
Where do I purchase Admission Tickets?
Admission Tickets can be purchased at cardinals.com/wwu starting Friday, November 28, 2025, and at the Cardinals Box Office 8th Street Ticket Windows during regular business hours starting Monday, December 1, 2025. All tickets will be delivered electronically via the MLB Ballpark app using the email address used to purchase.

How do I access Admission Tickets once they have been purchased?
Download the MLB Ballpark app to your mobile device to access your Admission Tickets. The MLB Ballpark app must be connected to the email address you provided when purchasing the tickets. Two-Day Admission Tickets will appear as a separate digital ticket for each day of the WWU.
Resale of Admission Tickets is strictly prohibited. Resold tickets are subject to forfeiture at the discretion of Cardinals Care Staff.
Autograph and Photo Tickets
What is an Autograph Ticket?
An Autograph Ticket provides fans the opportunity to obtain an autograph from current & former players, coaches, broadcasters, and front office leadership. Some Autograph Tickets must be purchased via a donation to Cardinals Care.
What is a Photo Ticket?
A Photo Ticket provides fans the opportunity to take a photograph with a Cardinals player or alumnus. Photo Tickets must be purchased via a donation to Cardinals Care. Please note a Photo Ticket is for a souvenir photograph ONLY. No autographs will be signed.
Why is a donation required for some Autograph Tickets and for all Photo Tickets?
WWU is the unofficial kick-off to the 2026 baseball season and a fundraiser for Cardinals Care, the charitable foundation of the St. Louis Cardinals. All proceeds benefit Cardinals Care initiatives that support children in the community including the Redbird Rookies and Cardinals Nike RBI youth baseball/softball programs, the Cardinals Care Youth Ball Field Program, and charitable grants for youth-serving nonprofit organizations.
When do Autograph and Photo Tickets go on sale?
Autograph and Photo Tickets will go on sale the week of December 15. Check cardinals.com/wwu often for the latest autograph and photo schedules and information on Autograph and Photo Ticket availability. Free Autograph Tickets will be available the week of January 5.
Where do I purchase Autograph and Photo Tickets?
Autograph and Photo Tickets can be purchased at cardinals.com/wwu or at the Cardinals Box Office during regular business hours . All Autograph and Photo Tickets will be delivered electronically via the MLB Ballpark app. Autograph and Photo Tickets can be purchased until a session is sold out or no later than ten (10) minutes before a session ends. Please note, both an Admission Ticket and an Autograph/Photo Ticket are required to access autograph or photo locations.

Will Free Autograph Tickets be available?
Yes. Free Autograph Tickets will be available on a first-come, first-served basis, with a limit of one free ticket per order. Free Autograph Tickets will be available the week of January 5.
Where do I order Free Autograph Tickets?
Free Autograph Tickets can only be ordered at cardinals.com/wwu. Please note, both an Admission Ticket and an Autograph/Photo Ticket are required to access autograph or photo locations.
How do I access Free Autograph Tickets once they have been ordered?
Download the MLB Ballpark app to your mobile device to access your Free Autograph Ticket. The MLB Ballpark app must be connected to the email address you provided when purchasing the tickets.
What items can I bring to get signed?
Most signers will sign items including, but not limited to, baseballs, photos, posters, bats, gloves, jerseys, seatbacks, hats, helmets and bases. Please note that it is up to each signer as to what he will or will not sign.
How many items can I bring to get signed?
Autographs are limited to one item per Autograph Ticket.
Can I take photos with those signing?
Due to the time restrictions and number of fans who have Autograph Tickets, posed photos with those signing are prohibited.
How do I know the day and time that the Autograph Ticket and/or Photo Ticket is taking place?
Please refer to the Autograph Schedule starting in mid-December.
When should I line up for my Autograph/Photo Opportunity?
Autograph/Photo Tickets will include a line number. You should arrive at the designated location when your number is announced. Fans will not be permitted to line up early for autograph/photo opportunities.
How long do most autograph signings or photos last?
The majority of autograph signings are on one day for one or two straight hours. Photo stations will be for one hour.
Are Autograph/Photo Tickets transferable?
Yes, see MLB Ballpark app for information on how to transfer tickets.
What if I miss a signing/photo time?
All tickets are non-refundable. The ticket holder must be present at the designated autograph/photo time to receive an autograph/photo. If the signing/photo time is missed, the opportunity is lost.
What if I have autograph/photo tickets for individuals signing/posing for photos during the same time frame?
Please see a volunteer for assistance in coordinating all of your autographs/photo tickets.

Cardinals Care Auction and Store
What is the Cardinals Care Store?
The Cardinals Care Store features treasures like game-used hats and jerseys, photos and other unique collectibles. The Cardinals Care Store is not an outside vendor. Proceeds raised through purchases at the Cardinals Store benefit Cardinals Care.
The Cardinals Care Store is located inside Busch Stadium at Cunningham Corner. Fans can access Cunningham Corner on Level 2 by proceeding up the escalators at Gate 4. Once inside Busch Stadium, fans can access elevators to level 2 across from section 156 near Gate 3.
What are Cardinals Care Silent Auctions?
Cardinals Care Silent Auctions feature autographed items including baseballs, jerseys, photos and more! Fans can see the items on display inside Ballpark Village and online at cardinals.com/ccauctions. Silent Auctions will run 9 AM – 9PM CST on Saturday, January 17 and Sunday, January 18, 2026.
Net proceeds from Silent Auction sales benefit Cardinals Care.
How do I bid on Silent Auction Items?

Where can I enter Winter Warm-Up?
There will be five entrances for Winter Warm-Up, one at Busch Stadium and four at Ballpark
Village/Cardinals Nation.
- Busch Stadium Entrance (Two-Day Admission Ticket Required)
- Gate 4 located on Clark Street
- Cardinals Nation/Ballpark Village Entrances (No Admission Ticket Required)
- Ballpark Village South Entrance located on Clark Street facing Busch Stadium
- Ballpark Village North Entrance located on Cardinal Way
- Cardinals Nation Authentics Entrance (This entrance is to be used for Free Autograph Tickets. Please note that a Winter Warm-Up Admission Ticket is required to access the Free Autograph Ticket line.)

Will I need to show my ticket each day when first entering Winter Warm-Up?
Yes, you will need to show your ticket each day of Winter Warm-Up when entering Busch Stadium or the Autograph Station and Cardinals Hall of Fame and Museum on the Second Floor of Cardinals Nation. Your ticket will be in the MLB Ballpark app on your smartphone. Your ticket will be scanned at your first point of entry whether at Busch Stadium or when accessing the Autograph Station or the Cardinals Hall of Fame and Museum on the Second Floor of Cardinals Nation. You will then receive a wristband for that day that will allow you to move between venues.
Fans entering Ballpark Village will not need a Winter Warm-Up Admission Ticket. However, to utilize the reserved Winter Warm-Up seating at the Main Stage, a Winter Warm-Up wristband must be presented. If you have not yet scanned that day’s WWU ticket and received a wristband, please see a Cardinals Care volunteer located next to the stage to have your ticket scanned and receive your wristband.
Why do I need to wear a wristband when attending Winter Warm-Up?
After having your ticket scanned each day that you attend Winter Warm-Up, you will receive a wristband specific to the day. Once a ticket is scanned for entry, it cannot be scanned again. The wristband shows that you have been granted access to Winter Warm-Up that day and you are able to move between Busch Stadium and the paid areas of Cardinals Nation. The wristband also grants free access to the Cardinals Hall of Fame and Museum as well as a 20% discount at Cardinals Nation Restaurant.
What is the Security Policy for Winter Warm-Up?
Guest safety is a priority for the St. Louis Cardinals and Cardinals Care. The screening program and inspection policy at Busch Stadium and at Ballpark Village for Winter Warm-Up is an important part of making the event a safe environment for our guests. Please review our inspection policy below to help you prepare to attend Winter Warm-Up.
During Winter Warm-Up, the walk-through metal detectors at all entrances to Winter Warm-Up at Busch Stadium, Ballpark Village and Cardinals Nation will be used to ensure the safety of all guests. Guests in wheelchairs and those with medical devices that may set off the detector are subject to alternative screening methods. Guests are required to have their bags inspected prior to entering the event.
The screening/inspection process will occur each time a fan enters through a Winter Warm-Up entrance to ensure the safety of all those attending the event.
Guests may bring in items such as bags, purses and items that, if an Autograph Ticket is held, are able to get signed while attending Winter Warm-Up. Guests are encouraged to limit the number of bags and items to get signed to the number of Autograph Tickets held to ensure a smoother entry process for all guests.
Guests with strollers are welcome; however, the use of strollers should not interfere with other guests or block entryways or aisles.
Prohibited items include but are not limited to the following items:
- Alcoholic beverages and non-alcoholic beer
- Aluminum containers, glass bottles/items, metal cans, thermoses
- Animals (with the exception of service dogs or other service animals trained to perform work or tasks for the benefit of a person with a disability or other service animal expressly authorized under applicable law)
- Guests are encouraged to limit bags for stadium and Ballpark Village entry. All bags will be inspected upon entry regardless of whether you have already entered a Winter Warm-Up facility that day and have a wristband.
- Balloons, beach balls and other inflatables
- Brooms
- Chairs, stools, including bleacher seats with backs
- Commercial camera equipment (lenses longer than length of the camera body), including video cameras, tripods and monopods
- Containers - aerosol cans (i.e. hairspray, sunscreen), aluminum or glass cans and bottles, flasks, non-factory sealed plastic bottles larger than 2 liters, thermoses
- Coolers - hard-sided and Styrofoam coolers, soft-sided coolers larger than 10" x 8" x 10", hard plastic inserts for soft-sided coolers
- Drones
- Face paint, costume masks, and any other costume that covers the head/face Firearms
- Fireworks
- Flag poles, PVC pipe and other poles
- Flasks
- Hover boards/skateboards/roller skates, roller blades
- Illegal substances
- Knives longer than 4 inches when unopened Laser pointers/lights
- Luggage

Exceptions may be made to the above list and are at the discretion of Busch Stadium Management and Event Staff Personnel.
The St. Louis Cardinals and Cardinals Care reserve the right to deny entry to a guest if management feels an item may be a hazard to the safety of other guests and/or employees. The Cardinals and Cardinals Care appreciate that all guests adhere to the above list and work together with stadium personnel so everyone can enjoy the event.

What are Family Friendly Fan Experiences?
The Winter Warm-Up is a family-friendly event that includes fun experiences for fans of all ages. Admission Tickets to the Winter Warm-Up include complimentary admission to the world-class Cardinals Hall of Fame and Museum, an exclusive tour of the Cardinals Clubhouse, Presentation Room, access to kid-friendly activities in the National Car Rental Club and a 20% discount to Cardinals Nation Restaurant.
How do I access the Cardinals Clubhouse Tour?
Fans with an admission ticket to the Winter Warm-Up can access the Cardinals Clubhouse Tour through the Redbird Club on the third level of Busch Stadium. Event staff will direct fans where to go from there. The Clubhouse Tour is a self-guided experience that will be open during regular hours of the event each day. No additional ticket is required for this experience. Access to the tour ends on Saturday, January 17, 2026 and Sunday, January 18, 2026 at 4:30 PM.
How do I access the Cardinals Hall of Fame and Museum?
Fans with an Admission Ticket to the Winter Warm-Up (including those wearing a Winter Warm-Up wristband) can enter the Cardinals Hall of Fame and Museum on the 2nd floor of Cardinals Nation at Ballpark Village. No additional ticket is required for this experience. Fans without tickets or wristband for Winter Warm-Up can visit the Cardinals Hall of Fame and Museum by purchasing a Museum Ticket at the entrance to the Museum.
How do I access the Presentation Room?
Fans with an Admission Ticket to the Winter Warm-Up can access the Presentation Room via the elevators beyond the Team Store on the main concourse of Busch Stadium. Event staff will direct fans where to go from there.
What other kid-friendly activities are available at the Winter Warm-Up?
The Magic House and St. Louis County Library will have kid-friendly activities available at their respective booths in the Exhibit Hall, located in the Redbird Club at Busch Stadium. The National Car Rental space located on Level 3 of Busch Stadium will also have kid-friendly activities. These activities are included in the price of admission.

Fans can book the Winter Warm-Up Package available exclusively through Live! by Loews – St. Louis starting on Friday, November 28. Package includes two (2) adult weekend Admission Tickets to Winter Warm-Up, one (1) stadium/picnic blanket, one (1) $50 certificate valid towards future hotel stay, and two (2) ticket vouchers – each good for two (2) tickets to a 2026 regular season Cardinals Game (some restrictions apply). The first night billed at $259 plus taxes and each subsequent night billed at $179 plus taxes.

I purchased the Winter Warm-Up Hotel Package. When will I receive my WWU Admission Tickets? When will I receive my Cardinalg Game ticket voucher for the 2026 season?
Fans purchasing the Winter Warm-Up Package that includes WWU Admission Tickets, will receive their Admission Tickets no later than January 10, 2026, in the MLB Ballpark App using the email address provided when purchasing the Winter Warm-Up Hotel Package.
Cardinals Game Ticket vouchers will be provided upon check-in and can be redeemed starting mid-March 2026 by visiting cardinals.com/vouchers.

Closed Captioning
Live real-time human captioning will be available for the Main Stage at Ballpark Village in the MLB Ballpark app. To enable Closed Captioning, a CC icon will be located directly beneath the Winter Warm-Up tile on the “Cardinals” tab. Custom control options are available and located at the bottom left of the screen, allowing fans to adjust the size and color of captions.

In Busch Stadium:
Elevators will be available at Gate 3 for fans to access the Cardinals Care Store, Silent Auction, Autograph Stations, Exhibitor Hall that includes exhibitors, family friendly activities and the start of the Clubhouse Tour.
In Ballpark Village:
Two elevators are available for fans to access the second floor autograph stations.
In Cardinals Nation:
An elevator will be available to access the Cardinals Hall of Fame and Museum.

Mobility Devices (Wheelchairs, Mobility Scooters, Segways)
Manual and motorized wheelchairs and four-wheeled mobility scooters that are required as mobility devices for a person with a disability are permitted in Busch Stadium and Ballpark Village. In addition, manually powered aids such as walkers, crutches, canes, braces, and other similar devices are permitted. Individuals using wheelchairs or manual mobility aids do not require permission to enter and safely operate in Busch Stadium.
Some other (non-wheelchair) power-driven mobility devices, such as Segway® PT, may be permitted, provided the patron provide a credible assurance that the device is used because of a disability and meet all other requirements for use in Busch Stadium. The Cardinals will consider such requests on an individual basis, taking into account the type, size, weight, dimensions and speed of the device and whether the device may be safely operated in Busch Stadium in accordance with safety requirements and without a substantial risk of serious harm to other individuals in the stadium or the facility itself.
The Cardinals have determined that the following transportation devises cannot be safely operated by members of the general public during events at in Busch Stadium:
E-scooters, go-peds, powered skateboards, hoverboards, and powered unicycles; Golf carts and all gas combustible powered devices; and Skateboards, onewheels, kick scooters, bicycles, unicycles and roller skates.
The Cardinals recommend that individuals requesting such accommodation for use of alternative power-driven mobility devices contact the Cardinals by emailing ada@cardinals.com in advance of attending the ticketed event. Otherwise, individuals may request permission for use of a power-driven or other mobility devices by making a request through an usher or gate attendant. The Cardinals, in no event, will be responsible for the use and storage of any transportation device. If the requested device is not permitted for use in Busch Stadium, the Cardinals will provide an alternative accommodation, such as assistance by wheelchair or authorized golf cart.
Service Animals
Service dogs (or other service animals expressly authorized under applicable law) that are trained to perform work or tasks for the benefit of a person with a disability are welcome at Busch Stadium and Ballpark Village.
