Is the WWU a fundraiser?
Yes. Funds raised during the Winter Warm-up benefit the team's community foundation Cardinals Care in its mission of caring for kids.
Where will the 2022 Cardinals Care WWU take place?
The 2022 event will take place at Busch Stadium and Ballpark Village.

Where do I park at the 2022 Cardinals Care WWU?
There are several parking options available near Busch Stadium and Ballpark Village.
Parking will also be available in the Starr Lot for $5 per day and can be purchased at the lot each day of the event - by following these steps:
- Download the Passport Parking App from the App Store or Google Play Store
- Create Account
- Enter Zone Number 930 – STARR LOT
- Add vehicle and payment method
- Make Payment
Parking will be available for $15 in the Stadium East and Stadium West Parking Garages each day of the event. Fans can secure parking in the Stadium East and Stadium West Parking Garages in advance for $10 per day via iparkit.com or the iparkit App.
How do I obtain a refund?
All Admission Tickets and Autograph Ticket sales are final. If the Winter Warm-Up is canceled for any reason, refunds will automatically be issued to the credit card used at time of purchase. Refunds will also be automatically issued for Autograph Tickets purchased for any individual who doesn’t sign at the event.
Is a ticket required for entry?
Yes. A ticket is required for entry into Busch Stadium and Ballpark Village. Entry policies will be provided soon.
When do Admission Tickets go on sale?
Three-day tickets go on sale on Friday, November 26th. Single-day tickets will go on sale in January.
How much do admission tickets cost?
Three-day tickets cost $50 for adults (fans age 16 and older) & $25 for children (fans age 4 to 15). Single-day tickets cost $25 for adults & $15 for children. Children under 4 are free.
A complimentary single-day ticket will be available while supplies last for active military members and first responders who provide a valid ID each day of the event. Tickets can be obtained on each day of the Winter Warm-Up at the Busch Stadium ticket windows located on 8th street.
What is included in the Admission Tickets?
Admission Tickets include access to Busch Stadium (Silent Auctions, Cardinals Care Store, Vendor Hall, Clubhouse Tour, Kids Activities) and Ballpark Village (Main Stage Entertainment, Presentation Room, Premium Vendor Booths, Cardinals Hall of Fame & Museum, Kids Activities). New for 2022 – Clubhouse Tours and entry into the Cardinals Hall of Fame & Museum are included with Winter Warm-Up admission.
Please note access to autograph locations are limited to Autograph Ticket holders only.
Where do I purchase Admission Tickets?
Admission Tickets can only be purchased at cardinals.com/wwu. All tickets will be delivered electronically via the MLB Ballpark app.
How do I access Admission Tickets once they have been purchased?
Download the MLB Ballpark app to your mobile device to access your admission tickets. Three-day ticket purchasers will receive a digital ticket for each day of the WWU.
Are Autograph Tickets transferable?
Yes. See MLB Ballpark app for information on how to transfer tickets.
What is an Autograph Ticket?
An Autograph Ticket provides fans the opportunity to obtain an autograph from members of the Cardinals team including alumni, broadcasters and front office leadership. Some Autograph Tickets must be purchased via a donation to Cardinals Care.
Why is a donation required for some Autograph Tickets?
WWU is the largest fundraising effort organized by Cardinals Care. All proceeds benefit Redbird Rookies and charitable grants to community groups who help kids.
When do Autograph Tickets go on sale?
Check cardinals.com/wwu often for the latest autograph schedules and information on Autograph Ticket availability.
Where do I purchase Autograph Tickets?
Autograph Tickets can only be purchased at cardinals.com/wwu. All Autograph Tickets will be delivered electronically via the Ballpark App. Please note, both an Admission Ticket and an Autograph Ticket are required to access autograph signing locations.
How do I access Autograph Tickets once they have been purchased?

Are there limits on the number of tickets a fan can purchase?

How much do Autograph Tickets cost?

Will free Autograph Tickets be available?
Yes. Free Autograph Tickets will be available on a first-come, first-served basis, with a limit of one free ticket per order. Check cardinals.com/wwu often for information on when free Autograph Tickets will be available to order.
Where do I order free Autograph Tickets?
Free Autograph Tickets can only be ordered at cardinals.com/wwu. Please note, both an Admission Ticket and an Autograph Ticket are required to access autograph signing locations.
How do I access free Autograph Tickets once they have been ordered?
Download the MLB Ballpark app to your mobile device to access your free Autograph Ticket.
What items can I bring to get signed?
Most individuals will sign items including but not limited to baseballs, photos, posters, bats, gloves, jerseys, seat backs, hats, helmets and bases. Please note that it is up to each individual as to what he will or will not sign.
How many items can I bring to get signed?
Autographs are limited to one item per Autograph Ticket.
Can I take photos with the those signing?
Due to the time restrictions and number of fans who want autographs, posed photos with those signing are prohibited.
How do I know when certain individuals will be signing?
Please refer to the Autograph Schedule (coming soon).
When should I line up for my Autograph Opportunity?
Autograph Tickets will include a line number. You should arrive at the designated autograph location when your number is announced. Fans will not be permitted to line up early for autograph opportunities.
Can I bring a guest in line with me?
Autograph Ticket holders are allowed to bring one guest to the autograph location.
How long do most autograph signings last?
The majority of autograph signings are on one day for one or two straight hours.
Are Autograph Tickets transferable?
Yes. See Ballpark App for information on how to transfer tickets.
What if I miss a signing time?
All tickets are non-refundable. The ticket holder must be present at the designated autograph time to receive an autograph. If the signing time is missed, the opportunity is lost.
If you have Autograph Tickets for individuals who are signing during the same time frame, please see a volunteer for assistance.
What if I have questions about how to use the Ballpark App?

Resale of admission tickets and autograph tickets is strictly prohibited. Resold tickets are subject to forfeiture at the discretion of Cardinals Care Staff.
Cardinals Care Auction and Store
What is the Cardinals Care Store?
The Cardinals Care Store features hidden treasures like game-used hats and jerseys, photos and other unique collectibles. The Cardinals Care Store is not an outside vendor. Proceeds raised through purchases at the Cardinals Store benefit Cardinals Care.
The Cardinals Care Store is located inside Busch Stadium at Cunningham Corner. Fans can access Cunningham Corner on Level 2 by proceeding up the escalators at Gate 4. Once inside Busch Stadium, fans can access elevators to level 2 across from section 156 near Gate 3.
What are Cardinals Care Silent Auctions?
Cardinals Care Silent Auctions feature autographed items including baseballs, jerseys, photos and more! Fans can see the items on display in the Champions Club located inside Busch Stadium in the UMB Champions Club. Fans can access UMB Champions Club on Level 2 by proceeding up the escalators at Gate 4. Once inside Busch Stadium, fans can access elevators to level 2 across from section 156 near Gate 3.
Silent Auctions will run 9 AM until 3 PM on Saturday and Sunday, and 9 AM to 1 PM on Monday.
Net proceeds from Silent Auction sales benefit Cardinals Care.
How do I bid on Silent Auction Items?
Autographed memorabilia will be available for fans to bid on via the Ballpark App during the Silent Auction each day of the Winter Warm-Up.
Where do I pick up Silent Auction Items I win?
Silent Auction winners can claim their items in the UMB Champions Club between 3 PM and 5 PM on Saturday and Sunday, and between 1 PM and 3 PM on Monday.
Will there be Live Auctions?
Yes, Live Auctions will take place on the Main Stage. See Main Stage Schedule for Live Auction times.
What are entry requirements for the WWU?
The St. Louis Cardinals and Cardinals Care are committed to promoting a safe environment for all guests, volunteers and participants. We will be adhering to all guidelines set forth by the St. Louis Department of Health and the CDC for public indoor gatherings. Compliance with health and safety rules is mandatory, and attendance is conditioned on such compliance. If a guest violates any health and safety rules, the guest may be denied entry to or ejected from the event.
Is there a preferred Winter Warm-Up Hotel?
There are two hotel partners for Winter Warm-Up and fans can book starting November 26, 2021 at:
- Live! by Loews – St. Louis is offering a special room rate of $195 (plus applicable taxes and fees) with a minimum of a two (2) night say between January 14-17, 2022. Call 314-597-9700 to book and make sure to mention Winter Warm-Up.
- Westin St. Louis is offering a special room rate of $129 (plus applicable taxes and fees) for the nights of January 14-17, 2022. Call 314-621-2000 to book and make sure to mention Winter Warm-Up.
Will hotel packages be available?
Yes, hotel packages for the 2022 WWU weekend will be available beginning November 26, 2021 at:
- Live! by Loews – St. Louis is offering two Winter Warm-Up packages
- Package 1 includes two (2) adult three-day Admission Tickets to Winter Warm-Up (January 15-17, 2022) and two (2) ticket vouchers each good for two (2) tickets to a 2022 regular season Cardinals game (some restrictions apply). To access the package, you must book a minimum of a two-night stay (a combination of January 14, and January 15, 2022 or January 15 and January 16, 2022) with the first night billed at $275 (plus all applicable fees) and each subsequent night billed at $195 (plus all applicable fees).
- Package 2 is good for a one-night stay only on Sunday, January 16, 2022 and includes two (2) adult single-day admission tickets to winter Warm-Up for January, 17, 2022 at the rate of $235 (plus all applicable fees).
To book either package call Live! by Loews directly at 314-597-9700 and ask for the Winter Warm-Up package you would like to book.
- The Westin St. Louis is offering a Winter Warm-Up package available January 14 through January 16, 2022 that includes two (2) adult three-day Admission Tickets to Winter Warm-Up (January 15-17, 2022) and one (1) ticket voucher good for two (2) tickets to a 2022 regular season Cardinals game (some restrictions apply). A room rate of $129 (plus all applicable fees) and an additional fee of $80 will be charged for the package.
