2022 Early Voucher Redemption
- Click the Redeem Vouchers button
- Log in with your MLB.com email and password.
- Click on the 415 Voucher.
- Click Voucher Actions, then select Redeem.
- Select the voucher(s) you wish to redeem and click Continue. Redeem a single voucher or multiple vouchers in a single transaction (up to 4 vouchers can be redeemed per game).
- Select a game.
- Exit the pop-up window for Exclusive Offers, if necessary.
- From the Ballpark Map, choose a section in The 415 (sections 143-144). The sections are to the left of the scoreboard and highlighted blue. Click on the section in the right hand menu and Add to Cart. You can switch to Seat Map View to pick specific seats.
- Agree to the terms and click Place Order.
415 member tickets may not be resold or otherwise distributed to individuals not personally associated with the member. Violation of this policy may result in the revocation of tickets and/or cancellation of membership, without refund or compensation.
- Preferred Pricing: Purchase tickets at 20% off market value.
- Games: Any 2022 regular season game including Opening Day (April 8), Buster Posey Day, and Will Clark’s #22 Retirement.
- Seating Categories: Tickets are available in Centerfield Bleachers Rows 6-19 and Centerfield Bleachers Rows 20+. Standing Room Only tickets will be made available if these categories sell out.
- Ticket Limits: Purchase up to 4 tickets.
- Voucher Eligibility: 415 Vouchers are not eligible for Opening Day.
Q: How long is my exclusive redemption window?
A: Voucher redemption opens for other members on Thursday, Feb. 17 at 8 a.m. PST.
Q: How many ticket vouchers does my 2022 membership include?
A: The 2022 415 membership had two options at purchase, 10 vouchers or 24 vouchers.
Q: Are my ticket vouchers eligible for all regular season home games?
A: 2022 ticket vouchers are eligible for all regular season home games except Opening Day, subject to availability. Members can purchase Opening Day tickets in The 415 at 20% off regular price.
Q: How many ticket vouchers can be redeemed per game?
A: Members can redeem a maximum of four (4) ticket vouchers per 2022 regular season game. Tickets in The 415 are subject to availability.
Q: What if The 415 section sells out for a specific game?
A: For any game that reaches capacity in The 415, members can redeem ticket vouchers for SRO tickets, maximum of four (4), subject to availability.
Q: Is there a deadline to redeem the ticket vouchers?
A: Ticket vouchers can be redeemed any time before first pitch. Tickets in The 415 section are subject to availability so we encourage members to secure their preferred games in advance.
Q: Can the ticket vouchers/tickets be forwarded to others?
A: Yes, the ticket vouchers can be forwarded to others for redemption. After redemption, the tickets can also be forwarded to others. NOTE: Guests must be accompanied by a The 415 member to enjoy member benefits such as early access to the ballpark, access to the Bullpen Terrace and food and beverage specials.
Q: Can members resell their 415 tickets?
A: No, resale of tickets is strictly prohibited. Tickets acquired using 415 ticket vouchers or special offers may not be resold or otherwise distributed to individuals not personally associated with the member. Violation of this policy may result in the revocation of tickets and/or cancellation of membership, without refund or compensation.
Q: If I use all 10 or 24 ticket vouchers in my membership, can I purchase additional vouchers?
A: Additional vouchers are not available for purchase, but members receive 20% off additional single game tickets in The 415 during the regular season. If The 415 is sold out for a game, the 20% off discount will apply to SRO tickets.
Q: Is there ADA seating available in The 415?

Q: How do I access my tickets?
A: Tickets are mobile only via the MLB Ballpark app.
Q: When will my mobile tickets be available in the Ballpark app?
A: Mobile tickets will be delivered immediately after purchase. Pull down on the screen to refresh your ticket inventory.
Q: I don’t have a smartphone - what do I do?
A: Fans that don’t have a smartphone can visit the Oracle Park box office on the day of the game to request to have their tickets printed.
Q: What is the refund policy?
A: If any of the games associated with your voucher redemption are canceled, rescheduled, or played without fans, the value associated with the voucher will be credited to your account for a future purchase.
Q: If I can no longer attend the game I redeemed my vouchers for - can I exchange/return my tickets?
A: No, tickets are not eligible for exchanges or returns. Additionally, tickets cannot be resold.
Q: Will there be COVID-19 entry requirements at Oracle Park?
A: Fans are not required to show proof of a negative COVID-19 test or vaccination for entry. State and local health officials retain the authority to change or modify rules and regulations.
