Individuals who participate in the Sweepstakes or submit an entry are sometimes referred to herein as an “Entrant.”

1. SPONSOR: San Francisco Giants Baseball Club LLC, 24 Willie Mays Plaza, San Francisco, CA 94107 (“Sponsor”).

2. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD: This Sweepstakes will run on a recurring monthly basis beginning March 25, 2026 and ending September 30, 2026. The initial Sweepstakes Period begins at 12:01 a.m. Pacific Time (“PT”) on March 25, 2026 and ends at 5:00 p.m. PT on April 30, 2026 (the “April Sweepstakes Period”). For clarity, the April Sweepstakes Period shall include March 25 through March 31, 2026 in addition to the month of April 2026, and there shall be no separate Sweepstakes Period for March 2026. Thereafter, each Sweepstakes Period begins at 12:01 a.m. PT on the first day of the applicable month and ends at 5:00 p.m. PT on the last day of the applicable month (the April Sweepstakes Period and each such period thereafter, a “Sweepstakes Period”). For clarity, a separate random drawing will be conducted for each Sweepstakes Period among all eligible entries received during such Sweepstakes Period.

3. ELIGIBILITY: Sweepstakes is open only to individuals who are at least eighteen (18) years of age on the entry date and are legal residents of California (the “Sweepstakes Area”). Employees, officers, and directors, and their immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling, and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and members of the same household (whether or not related), of San Francisco Giants Baseball Club LLC (“Sponsor”), the other MLB Entities, and each of their respective parents, affiliated companies, subsidiaries, licensees, distributors, dealers, retailers, printers, advertising and promotion agencies, and any other entity associated with the Sweepstakes (collectively, the “Sweepstakes Entities” and each a “Sweepstakes Entity”) are not eligible to participate or win a prize. “MLB Entities” means the Office of the Commissioner of Baseball (“BOC”), its Bureaus, Committees, Subcommittees and Councils, MLB Advanced Media, L.P. (“MLB”), Major League Baseball Properties, Inc., The MLB Network, LLC, the Major League Baseball Clubs (“Clubs”), each of their parent, subsidiary, affiliated, and related entities, any entity which, now or in the future, controls, is controlled by, or is under common control with the Clubs or the BOC, and the owners, general and limited partners, shareholders, directors, officers, employees, and agents of the foregoing entities.

4. HOW TO ENTER:

Online: To enter online, entrants must fully complete and submit the online survey (including entry of a valid email address) made available through a QR code displayed on the scoreboard at Oracle Park at certain times during the applicable Sweepstakes Period (such scoreboard display, the “Promotion Posting”). Internet access and a mobile device capable of scanning QR codes are required for online entry. Limit one (1) entry per person per Sweepstakes Period. Sponsor reserves the right to verify eligibility of all Entrants. In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of the person submitting an entry, the entry will be deemed to be submitted by the person in whose name the applicable e-mail account is registered on the date the entry is submitted. Online entries must be received prior to the end of the applicable Sweepstakes Period to be eligible for the Sweepstakes for such month.

Alternative Method of Entry: To enter without submitting online, please handprint (i) first and last name, and (ii) mailing address on a postcard approximately three and a half by five inches (3.5" x 5") in size and mail it to: San Francisco Giants Monthly In-Ballpark Survey Sweepstakes Entries, c/o San Francisco Giants, 24 Willie Mays Plaza, San Francisco, CA 94107. All postcard entries must be postmarked prior to the end of the applicable Sweepstakes Period to be eligible for the Sweepstakes for such month. For the avoidance of doubt, you must meet the eligibility requirements described in Section 3 (above) in order to participate via this method of entry.

5. WINNER SELECTION & NOTIFICATION: One (1) Entrant that properly completes all necessary steps will be selected in a random drawing conducted by Sponsor or its designee as a potential Prize winner during the applicable Sweepstakes Period (“Potential Winner”). Potential Winner will be selected on or before the fifth (5^th) day of the month following the applicable Sweepstakes Period (for illustrative purposes, Potential Winner for the April Sweepstakes Period will be selected on or before May 5, 2026). The Potential Winner will be contacted by phone and/or email (“Prize Notification”) within two (2) business days of being selected by Sponsor and must respond to the Prize Notification within five (5) days of such Prize Notification.

To be confirmed the Prize winner (“Prize Winner”) for the applicable Sweepstakes Period, Potential Winner will be required to sign and return within ten (10) days of Prize Notification attempt by Sponsor, an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability and Publicity Release, including the Potential Winner’s full name and street address (no P.O. Boxes) within the Sweepstakes Area, or the applicable Prize will be forfeited and an alternate Potential Winner for such Sweepstakes Period may be randomly selected by Sponsor or its designee (and in such case this process will be repeated).

6. PRIZE: For each Sweepstakes Period, one (1) Prize Winner will receive one (1) San Francisco Giants autographed baseball, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. The specific Prize for each Sweepstakes Period and its Approximate Retail Value (ARV) will be set forth in the applicable Promotion Posting. ARV of any Prize awarded hereunder will not exceed $200. All Prize and other information contained in a Promotion Posting is incorporated herein by reference. All Prize details not specified in these Official Rules or in the applicable Promotion Posting will be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion.

Odds of winning a Prize depend on the number of eligible entries received during the applicable Sweepstakes Period.

7. PRIZE RESTRICTIONS: No portion of a Prize may be transferred, redeemed for cash or substituted, except by Sponsor (in its sole discretion), which reserves the right to substitute any portion of a Prize with a prize of equal or greater value for any reason, including, without limitation, Prize unavailability. All expenses not specifically identified as included in a Prize are the sole responsibility of the Prize Winner. Each Prize, and all elements thereof, are subject to availability. Each Prize is awarded “AS IS” and WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, express or implied (including, without limitation any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose). Acceptance, participation in and/or use of a Prize is at Prize Winner’s sole risk and Sponsor is not responsible for any damages whatsoever including special, indirect, or consequential damages, arising out of or in connection with the use and/or misuse of such Prize.

Prize Winner will be solely responsible for all federal, state and local taxes and fees and other expenses associated with his/her Prize receipt and/or use that are not expressly included in the applicable Prize description (including the applicable Promotion Posting). Prize Winner may be issued a 1099 tax form for the ARV of the applicable Prize. Failure to take or complete any portion of a Prize does not relieve the Prize Winner of his/her tax obligations associated with winning such Prize.

8. PUBLICITY/PRIVACY POLICY: Except where prohibited by law, each Prize Winner’s entry and acceptance of a Prize constitutes the Prize Winner’s irrevocable, sub-licensable, absolute right and permission for the Sweepstakes Entities to use, publish, post or display said Prize Winner’s name, photograph, likeness, statements, biographical information, voice, city and state address, Prize information, any quotes attributable to him or her and any other indicia of persona (regardless of whether altered, changed, modified, edited, used alone, or used with other material in the Sweepstakes Entities’ sole discretion) for any purpose, including but not limited to advertising, trade, promotional and publicity purposes on a worldwide basis, and in all forms of media now known or hereafter devised, in perpetuity, without further authorization, opportunity to review, approval, notification, or compensation of any kind and each Entrant releases all Sweepstakes Entities from any and all liability related thereto. Nothing contained in these Official Rules obligates the Sweepstakes Entities to make use of any of the rights granted herein and Prize Winner waives any right to inspect or approve any such use. In order to participate in the Sweepstakes, Entrants will be required to supply certain information about themselves on the Sweepstakes entry pages. Sponsor has specified which information is mandatory in order to participate in the Sweepstakes. This information will be used by Sponsor for the purposes of administering the Sweepstakes, and may be shared with other Sweepstakes Entities. The personal information will be collected, processed and used in accordance with Sponsor’s Privacy Policy and Qualtrics’ Privacy Policy. 9. GENERAL CONDITIONS: The decisions of Sponsor are final and binding on all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. This Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws. By participating, Entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor. Entrants waive any right to claim ambiguity in the Sweepstakes or these Official Rules. All Entrants agree to follow the Official Rules and release, discharge, hold harmless and indemnify the Sweepstakes Entities, San Francisco Baseball Associates LLC, and all of their respective members, managers, owners, equity holders, officers, directors, parents, subsidiaries, partners, agents, employees, successors and assigns (collectively, the “Released Parties”) against any and all liability, damages or causes of action (however named or described), with respect to or arising out of any injuries, damages or losses to any person (including death) or property of any kind resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, misuse or use of any prize or participation in any promotional-related activity or participation in this Sweepstakes. In consideration for being awarded a Prize, or any portion thereof, each Prize Winner hereby agrees and consents, without further authorization, compensation or remuneration of any kind, to the use of Prize Winner’s name and/or likeness in any and all advertising, promotions and other publicity conducted by Sweepstakes Entities, except where prohibited by law. Sponsor reserves the right to modify the scheduling of the Sweepstakes without prior notification, and the right to make changes or additions to these Official Rules for any reason at any time. Sponsor's failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.

10. PRIZE WINNERS AND ENTRANTS RELEASE, DISCHARGE, AND AGREE TO INDEMNIFY AND HOLD HARMLESS, THE RELEASED PARTIES AND THEIR RESPECTIVE MANAGERS, EQUITY HOLDERS, MEMBERS, DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, PARENTS, SUBSIDIARIES, AFFILIATES, AGENTS, PARTNERS, SUCCESSORS, ASSIGNS AND REPRESENTATIVES FROM AND AGAINST ANY LIABILITY FOR ANY DAMAGES, INJURY OR LOSSES, TO ANY PERSON (INCLUDING DEATH), OR PROPERTY, OF ANY KIND RESULTING IN WHOLE OR IN PART, DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY FROM ACCEPTANCE, POSSESSION, MISUSE OR USE OF ANY PRIZE, ANY PORTION THEREOF OR PARTICIPATION IN ANY SWEEPSTAKES RELATED ACTIVITY OR PARTICIPATION IN THIS SWEEPSTAKES.

By entering this Sweepstakes, the Entrant agrees to the following Statement:

I expressly understand that Section 1542 of the Civil Code of California provides substantially as follows: "A GENERAL RELEASE DOES NOT EXTEND TO CLAIMS THAT THE CREDITOR OR RELEASING PARTY DOES NOT KNOW OR SUSPECT TO EXIST IN HIS OR HER FAVOR AT THE TIME OF EXECUTING THE RELEASE AND THAT, IF KNOWN BY HIM OR HER, WOULD HAVE MATERIALLY AFFECTED HIS OR HER SETTLEMENT WITH THE DEBTOR OR RELEASED PARTY." The provisions of this Section 1542 of the Civil Code of California and any similar law of any state, territory, or other jurisdiction are hereby expressly waived.

11. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY: The Sweepstakes Entities are not responsible for late, lost, damaged, misdirected, incomplete, illegible, undeliverable, destroyed, and/or lost, late, misdirected, undeliverable or incomplete entries due to system errors or failures, or faulty transmissions and/or entries not received resulting from any hardware or software failures of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incomplete or garbled computer or telephone transmissions, or for any problems or technical malfunction(s) of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, or entries not received by Sponsor on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on computer networks, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to participant's or any other person's computer related to or resulting from participating in the Sweepstakes or downloading any material for the Sweepstakes, or other telecommunications malfunctions which may limit an entrant's ability to participate. Sponsor may prohibit an Entrant from participating in the Sweepstakes or winning a Prize if, in its sole discretion, it determines that said Entrant is attempting to undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes by cheating, hacking, deception, or other unfair playing practices (including the use of automated quick entry programs) or intending to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other Entrants or Sponsor representatives. Any attempt by any person to deliberately damage any website or undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes is a violation of criminal and civil law, and, should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. If for any reason this Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned, including, but not limited to, infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, or any other causes beyond the reasonable control of Sponsor which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes, then Sponsor reserves its right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event will the Released Parties be responsible or otherwise liable for any damages or losses of any kind, including direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages related to the Sweepstakes, including any access to or use of www.sfgiants.com, www.mlb.com, www.qualtrics.com or any other website associated with the Sweepstakes (collectively, the “Website”) or any downloading from or printing material from the Website. Everything on the Website is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Some jurisdictions may not allow limitations or exclusions of liability for incidental or consequential damages or exclusion of implied warranties so some of the above limitations or exclusions may not apply. Winners agree that all prizes are provided “as is” without any warranty, representation, or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, whether now known or hereinafter enacted, relative to the use or enjoyment of the prize, including, without limitation, its quality, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose. Further, no responsibilities are accepted for any additional expenses, omissions, delays, or re-routing resulting from any acts of any government or authority.

12. ARBITRATION; CLASS ACTION WAIVER: As a condition of entering this Sweepstakes, each Entrant agrees that (a) any and all disputes, claims, controversies, or causes of action arising out of or relating to this Sweepstakes or any prizes awarded (each, a "Claim") shall be (i) arbitrated on an individual basis only and shall not be consolidated or joined with or in any arbitration or other proceeding involving a Claim of any other party and (ii) settled by binding arbitration in New York County, New York before a single arbitrator appointed by JAMS in accordance with its then governing rules and procedures, and judgment on the award rendered by the arbitrator may be entered by any court having jurisdiction thereof; and (b) under no circumstance will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental, consequential, or any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses. These Official Rules shall be governed by and construed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, U.S.A, applicable to contracts entered into and performed exclusively in that State.

Requests must be received no later than three (3) months following the end of the applicable Sweepstakes Period. Vermont residents may omit return postage with Sweepstakes Winners requests. Only one (1) request for either Official Rules or Sweepstakes Winners will be fulfilled for each separately mailed outer envelope.
