Giants fans can now upgrade their in-game seating experience right from their seat

The Giants have collaborated with Bay Area seat upgrade provider, Pogoseat, to offer fans the opportunity to enhance their in-game seating experience while at AT&T Park. Fans who enter the park with their original game ticket but decide they would like to upgrade their seat location on the spot can now do so by searching available seats directly from the MLB.com At The Ballpark app.

This new seating feature, available in-park only, will launch during the Giants vs. Dodgers game on Sept. 25, at 7:15 p.m. at AT&T Park. It will be available from the time the gates open through the 5^th inning of all home games.

"We are always looking at ways to make the in-park experience the best it can be for our fans. We see our partnership with Pogoseat as another exciting way to enhance the fan experience while at the park. Now fans can check out ticket inventory that may not have been available when they originally purchased their tickets," said Russ Stanley, Giants managing vice president, ticket sales and services.

Fans who purchase seat upgrades will be charged the difference between the price they paid for the original ticket they entered the park with and the new seat they purchase using Pogoseat, with a minimum fee of $10.
