What you can do with your My SF Tix Online Account Manager

To login:

1. Click the Login Now button above
2. Enter your MLB.com email address and password

To reset your password:

1. Click Forgot Password on the login page
2. Enter the email address associated with your MLB.com account
3. Click Reset Password
4. Check your email. If you do not receive an email, check your spam folder.

My SF Tix makes renewing your season tickets quick and easy.

1. Click Renew/Make Payments from the menu options on the left side of the page
2. You will be taken to a list of Pending Reservations
3. Select the item to renew

Available via the three line menu icon in the top, right hand corner, use the "My Account" menu item to:

• Update your personal information
• Add/update your stored payment information
• Manage your Ticket Forward Friends list

Forward your tickets to friends, family, and colleagues. Recipients will access their tickets via the MLB Ballpark app.

1. Click Forward from the menu options on the left of the home screen
2. Select the tickets you want to forward
3. Click Choose Friend (bottom of the page)
4. Select a friend from your Friends List. Click Add Friend (bottom of the page) to add a new contact
5. Click Forward Tickets to complete the forward
6. Click Add More Tickets to forward additional tickets to the same friend

Note: Both the sender and recipient will receive confirmation emails of the forward

Season Ticket Members at Oracle Park can exchange a predetermined number of games for tickets to other games . Ticket Trade is available up until 24 hours before gametime.

1. Click Exchange from the menu options on the left of the home screen
2. The game list will default to the current month. To see a different month or all eligible games, click on the button in the menu bar to change the time frame
3. Select the event you want to exchange
4. Select the tickets you want to exchange and click Continue.
5. Review/confirm the Ticket Trade details and click Find Eligible Events
6. Select the game you want to exchange into
7. Select the location you want to exchange into (the number of tickets defaults to the number of tickets you are exchanging out of)
8. Click Add To Cart
9. Pay with account credit or a credit card. For orders that result in a negative balance, that amount will be applied as account credit to be used for future exchanges
10. Click Place Order

Conveniently access and redeem your ticket vouchers.

1. Click Vouchers from the menu options
2. Vouchers will automatically be listed
3. Click Voucher Actions, then select Redeem
4. Select the voucher(s) you wish to redeem and click Continue. Redeem a single voucher or multiple vouchers in a single transaction.
5. Select a game
6. From the Ballpark Map, choose a highlighted section in your eligible seating area. Click on the price (right hand side) and Add to Cart.
7. Click Place Order

Conveniently access and forward your ticket vouchers to others.

1. Click Vouchers from the menu options
2. Vouchers will automatically be listed
3. Select the voucher pack and click Forward (bottom of the page).
4. Choose the vouchers you wish to forward and click Continue. Vouchers can only be forwarded to one recipient at a time
5. Select a friend or click Add Friend (bottom of the page)
6. After a friend has been selected, click Forward Vouchers. The recipient will be sent instructions on how to access via the MLB Ballpark app
