Money for games not played will be returned to the original method of payment 7-10 business days after the last Giants Postseason game.
Tickets purchased through Postseason single game ticket presales are not available to ticket brokers or ticket resellers. Tickets may not be resold or otherwise distributed to individuals not personally associated with the ticket purchaser. The sale, attempted sale or transfer of tickets purchased through this offer in violation of this policy is prohibited. Violation of this policy may result in the revocation of certain or all tickets purchased, without a refund or compensation.
Q: Can I purchase tickets in person during my presale window?
A: No. Tickets available during the presale will be sold online only.

Q: Can I get printed tickets for the 2021 Postseason?
A: No, as an MLB sanctioned event, tickets are mobile only.
Q: I don’t have a smartphone - what do I do?
A: Fans that don’t have a smartphone can visit the Oracle Park box office on the day of the game to request to have their tickets printed. A fee may be incurred. NOTE: This is the only exception for printed tickets.
Q: Can I apply account credit toward my Postseason tickets?
A: Yes, account credit can be applied to Postseason tickets. Account credit associated with unplayed games will be returned as account credit 7-10 business days after the last Giants Postseason game.
Q: What is Giants NLCS schedule?
A: Should the Giants advance to the series, the game dates are as follows:
- NLCS Game 1 - October 16
- NLCS Game 2 - October 17
- NLCS Game 6 (if necessary) - October 23
- NLCS Game 7 (if necessary) - October 24

A: Mobile tickets will be delivered immediately after purchase, but without a barcode. Barcodes will be delivered 48 hours before the game. Tickets without a barcode can be forwarded (in the Ballpark app and in My SF Tix).

A: Currently, fans are not required to be fully vaccinated or provide proof of a negative COVID-19 test for entry to Oracle Park. State and local health officials are actively monitoring the status of COVID-19 in our community and retain the authority to change or modify rules and regulations associated with large events.

A: All fans are required to wear face masks when accessing indoor spaces and at all concession and merchandise stands. Masks are to be well-fitted and cover the nose and mouth.
