Q. How is my seat upgrade date and time determined?

A. Your seat upgrade window is determined by your Season Ticket tenure.

Q. Are all seating categories available for a seat upgrade?

A. Available upgrade inventory is in non-charter locations only. If you are interested in upgrading into a charter location, contact your Client Relations Manager directly. Inventory is limited.

Q. Is there a fee to upgrade my seats?

A. Upgrade into the View Reserve Infield with no change to your current season ticket price!

You may also upgrade into Bleachers, View Reserved, Arcade and non-charter Lower Box seats. Upgrades into these categories will be subject to the corresponding season ticket price.

Q. Can I add additional seats to my Season Ticket package during the seat upgrade process?

A. Yes! You can add seats to your account up to a max of eight total.

Q. When can I log in to view available seats?

A. You can log into the seat upgrade website now to view current availability. However, seat upgrades can only be finalized within your designated window. Refer to your email for your designated seat upgrade window and login information.

Q. When does this opportunity end?

A. The opportunity to upgrade your seat ends on Friday, December 18 at 4:00pm.

Q. How many times can I upgrade my seat(s) during my window?

A. Seats can only be upgraded once. After you finalize the upgrade, your former seat(s) will automatically become available to other Season Ticket Members, in real time. Your newly upgraded seats are not eligible for upgrade.

Q. Will seat upgrade inventory change?

A. Seat upgrade inventory is dynamic. As other Season Ticket Members upgrade, their original seat locations will become available. The tool will always display all locations currently available.

Q. I see the seat upgrade website offers seat views - is that the actual view from the seats?

A. The view is a general perspective from the section and is not specific to the exact seat.

Q. I am having trouble accessing the seat upgrade website, what can I do?

A. The seat upgrade website isn’t compatible with Internet Explorer. Make sure you are using one of the following browsers:
