How to Access your Ticket Member I.D. Card

1. Open the MLB Ballpark app. Log in using the email address and password associated with your Giants ticket account.
2. Tap the Giants logo from the bottom menu.
3. Scroll down to Ticket Memberships and tap the black tile labeled “Ticket Member I.D. Card”.

How To Secure Partner I.D. Cards

1. Log into MySFTix.
2. Click “Exclusive Offers” in the upper right hand corner.
3. Find the “Partner Card” event and follow the steps. You will proceed through a purchase flow, but partner cards are complementary and no charges will be processed.

How to Forward Partner I.D. Cards

1. Return to the MySFTix main page and click “Forward” from the left hand menu.
2. At the top of the page, toggle to “April”. The partner cards will be listed below your April games.
3. Select the partner card you wish to forward. Then click “Choose Friend” at the bottom of the screen to access your Friends list or click “Add Friend” to create a new friend.
4. Click “Forward Tickets” to complete the process. No further action is required by you.

To ensure your partners have their I.D. Cards by Opening Day, cards must be accepted by April 3. The final deadline to secure and share partner I.D. Cards is Monday, April 28.

How Partners Access their I.D. Card

1. Partners must accept the ticket forward from the email notification or their MySFTix account within 48 hours to ensure the card is added to their account.
2. Partner I.D. Cards will appear within seven business days of acceptance.
3. Partners will access their I.D. Cards the same way as members do, from the Ballpark app (see above).
