Important Notes:

All sales final, no refunds or exchanges. Except as otherwise provide herein, all payments made to purchase Giants Virtual Special Events are final and in no event shall such payments be refunded for any reason, including but not limited to the delay, suspension or early termination of 2020 MLB Season. In the event of early termination of 2020 games, all payments made to purchase Giants Virtual Special Events that are canceled due to such early termination shall become nonrefundable credits which may be used towards the purchase of San Francisco Giants Regular Season Game tickets during the 2021 MLB Season.

Frequently Asked Questions

How will I receive my item(s)?

All items will be mailed to you. If you wish to receive the item(s) in time for the event, we suggest placing your order no later than 5 business days prior to the event date. Any purchases made after the 5 day window cannot be guarantee to arrive by the event date.

I bought tickets to multiple events and promotions. Can I have them all mailed to me together?

Unfortunately, you will not be able have all of your items mailed to you all together. We will be shipping out your items on a per event basis to ensure all item orders are fulfilled and managed in a safe environment.

What do I get with my full ticket package purchase?

Each full ticket package purchase will receive the following: the giveaway item(s), an exclusive invitation to participate in our VIP Q&A panel and more to be announced as we get closer to the event! Additionally, a portion of the ticket cost will benefit fundraisers as we look to help those affected by the pandemic. We have done our best to keep the cost to attend the pre-game virtual event and collect the item(s) as low as possible. The cost primarily covers the production of the event, the item(s), shipping fees and the fundraising aspect of each event.

What do I do if my item I received is defective?

We will do our best to review each product before packaging up for shipment, but cannot guarantee that each item will be in excellent condition due to the hand made nature of some of our goods. If your item is in fact defective, please email [email protected] and attach pictures of your defective item(s). We will work with you to retrieve the defective item and replace with a new one.

Will I be notified when my item has been shipped?

We will notify all buyers when their item(s) has been shipped out. Due to the volume of packages we will be sending, we will not be able to provide you with tracking information. As we get closer to the event, expect to receive at least 2 emails from us updating you on what to expect on the day of the event, when your item has shipped and other details.

I purchased tickets to an event and I wasnā€™t emailed my Zoom link. What do I do?

You will receive an email at least 1 day prior to the event date that will provide you with the Zoom link and additional details regarding the event experience. If you do not receive your link at this time, please be sure to check your junk/spam folder, or email [email protected] so we can further assist you. A courtesy reminder email about joining the virtual event will also be sent one hour prior to the event start time.

Are we able to share the Zoom link with our friends and family?

Each Zoom link is different and unique to each buyer. You will receive one unique access link per transaction. If you purchased multiple tickets to one event and will need additional Zoom access links, please email [email protected]. Lastly, each Zoom link will only be accessible through one device.

Do we need a Zoom account to access the pre-game virtual party?

You will not need to create a Zoom account in order to access the pre-game virtual event. Your individual access link will allow you to access the exclusive pre-game event without having to sign up for a Zoom account.

How long will the pre-game virtual event last?

Although the experience and timing varies from event to event, we expect each pre-game virtual event to last anywhere from 15-30 minutes.

Will the Q&A panel be live?

Depending on the panelists for the event, certain segments of the Q&A Panel may be pre-recorded to accommodate the schedules of our players and coaches. In order to get you the exclusive access to our all star panelists, we may need to pre-record the panel the morning of the event, but we will still work in as many fan submitted questions as possible.

Will we be able to ask questions during the Q&A?

We encourage you to use our Q&A form to ask questions ahead of time. An email with a link to the form will be sent to you starting two weeks prior to the event date. Submitting your questions in advance will allow us more time to answer the most fan submitted questions we can. Be sure to join us for the virtual event and listen for your question to be answered by our all-star panelists!

Will we be sent a recording of the Q&A panel after the event?

We are working on creating a link for all attendees to access the panel post event. Please stay tuned for more information.
