Redeem your Splash Cash via Giants Wallet. Your Giants Wallet has been set up automatically on your behalf. Here, you will see your Splash Cash and any saved credit cards carried over from your Giants ticket account.
To access:
- Step 1: Open/update the MLB Ballpark app. You may be prompted to set up two-factor authentication.
- Step 2: On the home page or team page, tap the Giants Wallet tile.
- Step 3: You will either be prompted to add a credit card or manage the credit cards on file.
- Step 4: Once in the Wallet, tap the Splash Cash tile and show the QR code to staff at checkout. Note: The Splash Cash QR code is not accessible until 8 hours before gametime.
