Gryffin is a visionary producer and songwriter from the San Francisco Bay Area, known for his melodic approach to dance music and crossover appeal. Trained in classical piano and guitar, Gryffin quickly gaining attention for his cinematic production style and emotional songwriting. Set to play his biggest hometown show to date on June 13, Gryffin will headline the renowned Cow Palace in a milestone moment of his career.
In 2019, Gryffin released his debut album GRAVITY, which has since surpassed 1.5 billion streams, led by the multi-platinum single “Tie Me Down.” His sophomore album ALIVE further expanded his global profile, including the hit collaboration “Woke Up in Love” with Kygo.
As a touring artist, Gryffin has performed at major festivals and venues worldwide, including Coachella, Red Rocks, Lollapalooza, Tomorrowland, EDC, and Ultra. Following the release of his third studio album PULSE, he achieved a career milestone with a sold-out headline show at Forest Hills Stadium in New York, alongside an ongoing residency at the Wynn in Las Vegas.
Outside of music, Gryffin remains closely connected to his Bay Area roots and is a lifelong fan of the San Francisco Giants, having attended his first game at age ten. Later witnessing Barry Bond’s legendary record breaking home-run, and being able to witness the 3rd World Series win for the Giants, Gryffin pays homage to the Giants for being a large part of his life, and inspiration behind his music. He is also actively involved in animal rescue initiatives, supporting organizations such as Roadogs Rescue, a California-based nonprofit focused on bulldog and brachycephalic breed rehabilitation.
Gryffin continues to balance large-scale touring with a growing focus on live musicianship and long-form creative projects. As Gryffin approaches the ten-year mark of his artist project, he stands at a pivotal chapter of creativity and momentum, with 2025 collaborations including artists such as Kaskade, GRiZ, and Excision, and 2026 poised to deliver his most ambitious achievements yet.
