- Login or create an account to MySFTix
- Tap the 3 bar icon (top right) to access the menu
- Tap My SF Tix, then Vouchers
- Enter the voucher code, then tap Add
- Repeat if you have other voucher codes you wish to redeem for seats together
How to Access Vouchers
From a desktop:
Click Redeem Vouchers above, or visit www.sfgiants.com/mysftix
Log in with your MLB.com email and password
Click Vouchers (left hand side)
From a mobile device:
Tap Redeem Vouchers or visit www.sfgiants.com/mysftix
Log in with your MLB.com email and password
Tap the 3 bar icon (top right) to access the menu
Tap My SF Tix, then Vouchers
How to Redeem Vouchers
Follow Access steps, then:
Select the voucher offer
At the bottom of the voucher detail page, click Voucher Actions then Redeem
Select the voucher(s) you wish to redeem, then click Redeem/Continue (the maximum number of vouchers redeemed into one game varies)
From the Ballpark Map, choose a highlighted section in your eligible seating area
Click on the price (right hand side) and Add to Cart
Tickets will be mobile only via the MLB Ballpark app
Agree to the terms and click Place Order

How to Forward Vouchers
Follow Access steps, then:
Select the voucher offer
At the bottom of the voucher detail page, click Voucher Actions then Forward
Select the voucher(s) you wish to forward and click Continue/Forward (vouchers can only be forwarded to one recipient at a time)
Select a friend or click Add Friend (bottom of the page)
After a friend has been selected, click Forward Vouchers. The recipient will be sent instructions on how to access

Q: Is there a deadline to redeem my Academy vouchers?
A: Academy vouchers can be redeemed any time before first pitch, subject to availability. The final eligible game for voucher redemption is Sunday, May 24.
Q: Can I combine my two (2) Academy voucher codes to get a premium seat?
A: No. Academy voucher codes can only be redeemed in a 1:1 ratio (1 code for 1 ticket) for eligible seating categories, based on availability.
Q: Can I redeem my Academy vouchers for Special Events?
A: No. Academy vouchers are eligible for regular game tickets only.
Q: Can I redeem my Academy vouchers for potential postseason games?
A: No. Academy vouchers are eligible for regular season game tickets only.
