Summer is here and there has never been a better time to be a Jr. Nats Kids Club member. Check out all of our programs, events and giveaways for our youngest and most energetic fans and join us for a game at Nats Park this month!

Exclusive Experiences

Attention All MVPs! Stop by and see us at the Jr. Nats kiosk, located in the Hospitality Hub in Right Field Plaza! Scan your Jr. Nats MVP barcode at any Saturday and Sunday games to receive 100 points!

Scoreboard Messages

See your name in lights on the Nats HD scoreboard! Jr. Nats MVP members receive a FREE scoreboard message. Messages are limited to a maximum of 30 characters and will be displayed during the middle of the 5th inning. To redeem your scoreboard message, email Jr.Nats@nationals.com at least 48 hours before the game.

MVP Guest PA Announcers

Step up to the mic! MVPs can be chosen to read the lineup before a Sunday home game! Get the crowd ready to watch the Nationals take the field!

Follow these steps to be considered for a lineup read during a Sunday Nationals home game:

Show Off Reading Talent:

  • Record a 30-45 second video of your Jr. Nat confidently and clearly reading a lineup
  • Strong reading skills and an engaging delivery are a must

Submit Your Video:

  • Email Jr.Nats@nationals.com with the video attached
  • Include the following details in your email:
  • Your MVP’s name and age
  • The date of the Sunday home game you will be attending

Selection Process:

  • Nationals staff will review submissions to ensure a strong fit
  • If selected, you will receive further instructions on the next steps

Batting Practice

Take the field and watch your favorite players swing big! Jr. Nats MVP Batting Practice Passes can be redeemed for 200 points. One (1) parent/guardian may accompany the child on the field.

High Five Tunnel

Cheer on and high five the Nationals before they take the field as part of our Sunday Funday High Five Tunnel! High Five Tunnel can be redeemed for 200 points. Parents/guardians will not be allowed to accompany children on the field.

Follow these simple steps to join the Jr. Nats Kids Club:

  1. Click on the Access Jr. Nats Kids Club Portal button.
  2. Sign into the Access Portal using your MLB Account credentials. If you do not have an account you can create one.
  3. Click on the Jr. Nats tab in the menu and add your Jr. Nats.

Kids Eat Free presented by MARS

Kids Eat Free

Kids Eat Free at every regular season home game! Kids age 12 & under can receive a Kids Meal, including a hot dog, chips and bottled water. Kids meals may be picked up at the following concessions stands until the end of the 7th inning of each game: Section 111 Kids Eat Free Kiosk, Section 143 Kids Eat Free Kiosk, Section 229 Nats Snacks, and Section 320 Kids Eat Free Stand. Child must be present to redeem Kids Meal.

Story Time at Nationals Park

Story Time at Nationals Park

Join us at Nationals Park before our Sunday afternoon home games! Your family will have the opportunity to read along with a Nationals player, receive a free book and participate in literacy-focused activities in partnership with Turning the Page.

Anyone with a ticket for the day’s Nationals game can attend.

Story Time is held in the Kennedy Conference Room on the 2nd floor and begins at 12:15 p.m.

Left Field Gate will open early at 12:00 p.m. for fans attending Story Time.

Kids Run the Bases

Kids Run the Bases

Lace up your shoes and get ready to run! All kids ages 4-12 are invited to run the bases at Nationals Park after every Sunday afternoon home game, weather permitting.

New in 2025, Kids Run the Bases will take place entirely inside of Nationals Park. Participating guests should line up at the GEICO Presidents Photo Station behind Section 131. Families with checked strollers at Main Guest Services should not pick up their strollers until after the event. The run will begin approximately 20 minutes after the conclusion of the game and the event usually lasts about an hour.

Kids will start their run at first base, and they will be directed around the bases to home plate. Sliding into bases is prohibited. An adult must accompany each participating child to the field – adults will drop children off at first base and meet them near home plate. Please note that adults may not accompany children as they run the bases. One adult will be permitted onto the field per child participating in Kids Run the Bases.

Jr. Nationals Kids Club MVP members receive access to an exclusive line that goes onto the field first. Be sure to bring your Jr. Nats badge to join MVP line!

Signature Sundays

Signature Sundays – Every Sunday Home Game

Sundays are Signature Sundays at Nationals Park! Two Nationals players will sign autographs for fans at every Sunday home game all season long. Autographs will take place at the top of the Nationals dugout starting one hour prior to first pitch, weather permitting and subject to player schedules. Fans must obtain a free voucher in order to participate in the autograph sessions – vouchers will be distributed on a first come, first served basis at Section 103, starting when the gates open 80 minutes before first pitch (75 minutes for 6:45pm games). Fans are limited to one autograph voucher per person. Open to fans of all ages.

Redemption of vouchers are subject to the rules and policies of the Washington Nationals, each of which may change from time to time.

Jr. Nationals Kids Club membership is limited to children ages 4-12. To be eligible for any giveaway or experience associated with the Jr. Nationals Kids Club, a membership must be purchased online from the link on this webpage.
