The artist has canceled this event at Nationals Park and has announced a new event for the same date, Tuesday, August 12th, at a new venue, Jiffy Lube Live.
No action is required to obtain a refund for your original tickets. Ticket refunds are processed to the original method of payment used at the time of purchase. It should appear in your account within 5-7 business days. If the tickets were transferred to you, the refund will go to the fan who originally purchased the tickets from Ticketmaster.
