FAQs

Q. When will I receive my itinerary package, game tickets and my Special Guest credentials?

A. A personalized itinerary will be emailed to you no later than one (1) week prior to your trip. The itinerary will include confirmation numbers, timing for the scheduled events and other important information for the trip. If you are staying at one of the designated Nationals Destinations hotels, you will receive your game tickets and VIP Credentials at the hotel upon check in. If you choose not to stay at one of the Nationals Destinations designated hotels, you will receive your game tickets and credentials via FedEx one (1) week prior to your trip departure. If you live international, the tickets and credentials will be in your gift bag at the hotel. We do not accept P.O. Boxes as shipping address, please provide a valid address during your registration that will accept FedEx packages.

Q. What is in my gift bag? When can I expect to receive it?

A. Your standard gift bag will include, a Nationals Hat, a MLB Game Ball for each guest, the most recent edition of Nationals Magazine, and other Nationals gift items. For an additional $100 you can upgrade your gift bag to include a Majestic Athletic Replica Jersey(s) of choice (size, style, and player.) You can retrieve your gift bag upon check-in at your selected hotel. If you choose to take part in Nationals Destinations without hotel accommodations, we will have your gift bags available for pick up at the VIP Meet & Greet.

Q. If I want a jersey upgrade, what styles of Majestic Athletic Replica Jersey are available?

A. Should you upgrade to receive a Majestic Athletic Replica Jersey(s), these are available in Men's, Women's for $100 (Youth sizes are $60). The availability of styles is as follows:

Men's Jerseys - All players are available in the Home (White) style and the Alternate (Red)

Women's Jerseys - Only come in the Home (White) style. All player's available.

Youth Jerseys - Only select players are available in the Home (White) style.

Q. If I upgrade to a jersey gift bag(s), when do I need to select my jersey(s) by?

A. In order to ensure that your Nationals jerseys are ready for you and your party by the time the Destinations trip begins, please be sure to make all selections no later than 60 days before the trip. All jerseys are made custom by Majestic Athletic, and require advance ordering in order to ensure on-time delivery.

Q. What If I don't select my Nationals jerseys by the cut-off date?

A. If you are unable to select your jerseys by 60 days prior, we will make a best effort to get your jerseys for you in time for your trip, but please be aware that there is a possibility your jerseys will need to be sent to your home address after your trip's conclusion.

Q. Where are the seats located for the games at Wrigley and Rogers Centre?

A. Nationals Destinations always looks to secure the best available group seating locations. We work diligently with each team's ticket office to negotiate the best possible location that can accommodate our group.

Q. If I would like to extend my stay, should I do so through Nationals Destinations or should I call the hotel directly?

A. All hotel extensions should be made with Nationals Destinations via telephone at 877-698-8694 to ensure that you receive our special discounted rate. Please book all extensions to your stay no later than 3 weeks prior to your check-in date in order to ensure availability. All extended reservations are made based on availability at the hotel.

Q. What is your rain-out policy?

A. While a rain out is not a common occurrence during the season, it is always a possibility. In the event a rain out does occur, there are a few options with regards to the game ticket:

Your ticket is always good for the rescheduled game (which in many cases is played during the dates of the scheduled trip as a double header)

In the event the game is not played during the dates of the scheduled trip and you are unable to attend the rescheduled game, the ticket is yours to do with as you wish (give to friends, family, etc.). Rain out tickets are not refundable.

Regardless of the weather, the scheduled events (tour, reception, player meet & greet) will take place rain or shine.

Q. Which player will attend the VIP Reception?

A. The VIP Reception will include a chance to get autographs and participate in a Q&A with one current Nationals player. Due to the busy and often unpredictable schedules of our players, we are generally not able to determine who the player will be until the week of the reception. As soon as we finalize who will be appearing at your VIP Reception, we will send an e-mail out to inform you.

Q. What is your cancellation policy?

A. Full payment is due upon reservation, 90% of your package price is refundable up until 60 days prior to your scheduled trip. Packages booked within 60 days of scheduled trip require full payment upon reservation and are non-refundable. All payments are final and non-refundable within 60 days of a scheduled trip. Please purchase travel insurance to protect your purchase within 60 days of the trip.

Terms & Conditions

PAYMENT & DEPOSIT

Full payment for the Trip is due to Fenway Sports Management (FSM) upon reservation. 90% of the full payment is refundable until 60 days prior to the Trip. If the reservation for the Trip is made within 60 days of the Trip, payment is non-refundable. No refunds will be issued within 60 days of a scheduled Trip for any reason whatsoever. Payments must be made in the form of cashier's check, MasterCard, Visa, American Express, or Discover. By providing credit card information (either verbally or in writing) or check to FSM, I am acknowledging my agreement to the Terms and Conditions in all respects, whether or not I have actually provided such acknowledgement in writing. If full payment is not received by FSM upon reservation, FSM's obligation to provide services to the purchaser in connection with the Trip may be considered null and void at the sole discretion of FSM, and any partial payments made prior to such date will be forfeited.

TRAVEL DOCUMENTS & MERCHANDISE

PHOTO RELEASE

On behalf of myself and my minor child(ren) (if applicable), I hereby grant the Released Parties the worldwide and perpetual right and authority to use, reproduce, distribute, broadcast or otherwise transmit, publish and display in whole or in part, my/our name(s), photograph(s), or any other likeness and/or biographical information I may provide and, if applicable, and any statement I have made or may make concerning the [Trip Name] in any and all media now known or hereafter invented, in perpetuity, for any purpose, without notification, compensation or additional consideration, unless prohibited by law.

HOTEL POLICY

Hotels generally require a credit card or cash deposit upon check-in to cover incidental hotel charges. Each Trip participant is solely responsible for all incidental charges incurred at the hotel during the Trip. All incidental charges must be paid directly to the hotel by the Trip participant upon check-out. Any requests for specific room types, including smoking, non-smoking, or specific bedding, are subject to hotel availability at time of check-in, and cannot be guaranteed.

TAXES

All presently known government and local taxes on services included in the Trip package are included in the Trip package price.

TICKETS

FSM obtains tickets for events in various forms and at different time periods. FSM is not necessarily in physical possession of admission tickets at the time a booking is made or accepted. FSM will be acquiring event tickets on the Buyer's behalf. Tickets cannot be guaranteed together in quantities greater than four (4) and cannot be guaranteed in odd numbers, specific rows or sections.

JERSEYS

For all Trip packages that include a game jersey, all jersey requests must be fully completed and returned to a FSM representative by the date specified on the order form in order to guarantee on-time delivery. FSM cannot guarantee on-time delivery for jerseys not ordered by the date specified on the order form.

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

For cancellations made more than 60 days prior to departure, 90% of the total package price is refundable. Cancellations made less than 60 days prior to departure are non-refundable. FSM regrets that it cannot make any exceptions to the Cancellation and Refund Policy for illness, personal emergencies or any other circumstances. FSM recommends purchasing travel insurance.

ASSUMPTION OF RISK & WAIVER OF LIABILITY

I acknowledge that FSM is responsible only for arranging and coordinating the transportation, accommodations and other benefits in connection with the Trip. I acknowledge and agree that FSM does not own, operate or otherwise control, and is not an agent for, any of the entities actually providing the transportation, accommodations or other benefits to be provided in connection with the Trip including, without limitation, car rental, air and ground transportation, and hotel accommodations, and I hereby release FSM and the Washington Nationals and each of their members, partners, officers, directors, affiliates, agents, employees and representatives of FSM and the Washington Nationals, MLB Advanced Media, L.P., the Office of the Commissioner of Baseball ("BOC"), its Bureaus, Committees, Subcommittees and Councils, the Major League Baseball Clubs ("Clubs"), Major League Baseball Enterprises, Inc., Major League Baseball Properties, Inc., each of their parent, subsidiary, affiliated and related entities, any entity which, now or in the future, controls, is controlled by, or is under common control with the Clubs or the BOC and the owners, general and limited partners, shareholders, directors, officers, employees and agents of the foregoing entities (the "Released Parties") from and against all claims relating to loss, injury and damage that I or any person traveling with me may suffer during the Trip, and from any property loss, damage or theft that may occur during the Trip including, without limitation, loss or theft of luggage, or any cancellation, delay, or changes to itineraries and schedules or cancellation of baseball games that result from any act of war, terrorist activities, social or labor unrest, mechanical or construction failures or difficulties, weather, strikes or labor disputes, or any other reason beyond the control of the Released Parties (a "Force Majeure Event"). In no event shall I or anyone for whom I provided payment for the Trip be entitled to any refund of any amounts paid for the Trip if the Trip or any portion thereof is cancelled due to a Force Majeure Event.
In addition, I further acknowledge and agree that I am assuming all risk of injury, damage or loss incidental to attending games and other events or activities during the Trip, including, without limitation, those suffered by broken bats and batted balls, and the Released Parties shall not be responsible for any injury, damage or loss suffered by me or anyone for whom I provide payment for the Trip. I hereby also consent to the terms and conditions set forth on the back of each of the game tickets.
FSM reserves the right to accept or decline any person as a member of its Trip or to cancel a Trip completely in its sole discretion. If a Trip is cancelled by FSM for any reason other than a Force Majeure Event, FSM will remit a full refund to the cancelled party. Such refund shall be the sole and exclusive remedy for the cancelled party.
